This is a GREAT place. If you need anything you only need call Donnie and he will make it happen. There have been many times when we were in a pinch and Donnie was able to take care of everything. Parts are always in when he says they will be and if there is an issue he will let you know right away. If you are looking for an honest and reliable business KC Home Services is it. Starting with my appointment, the technician (Michael G.) was professional, clean and knowledgeable. He introduced himself and even used shoe covers when he walked inside. He explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions and explained everything so that I could understand what my AC system needed. I felt he was honest. Will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs .

The leak developed on the tankless water heater after KC Had done extensive pipe cleanup after removing some solar from the roof and the piping was not needed anymore. The residue trap was leaking and we were pretty sure that it happened because of the Solar and pipe work. Mike came out Diagnosed it quickly and fixed it for free.

KC provided excellent communication before and after their visit. Virginia and Sam are terrific!

Virginia and Sam were so helpful, and answered all my questions when Sam came, and even the follow up questions after he left. They gave a clear to read and easy to understand quote for going all electric.

We needed a new water heater for our home. After getting estimates from a few companies, we decided to go with KC Home Services because Don, who met with us and gave us quote was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly explained the options.
KC arrived as scheduled, removed our aging water heater and installed a new Heat Pump water heater. The work was done by CJ and Conner. They did a great job. CJ also clearly explained the operation of our new water heater. Two thumbs up!
