This firm has installed heating and air conditioning at our previous home and serviced the equipment for over a decade. The equipment was top notch and the yearly service was first rate. In our new location they installed a Mitsubishi air conditioner--a 100% rating for the installation in difficult circumstances and their service again--- has been outstanding

We have been extremely happy with the HVAC system. The installer was excellent and very knowledgeable. He came up with a venting solution that was better than what was originally proposed, and it saved us some money.

We met with Jonathan who assessed our heating and cooling situation at our home. We wanted to purchase a mini split heating/cooling system for our home and unfortunately the way our home is configured utilizing the system wouldn't make sense to us. Jonathan couldn't have been more forthcoming and helpful to us, answering all our questions. A wonderful representative of the company...and if I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to call the company, especially if you are interested in the electric mini-split system.

More than 20 years ago we had Simpson replace our furnace and add Air Conditioning to it. For all these years, they have come when we needed service or just an annual check up before the sweltering days arrive.....they redid the ducts years ago when we had mice damage them under the house and today they righted the condenser that the gophers had undermined......a true Sonoma County problem that was handled, efficiently, professionally and with friendliness and explanation......we are grateful to Simpson and their employees from the telephone staff to the servicemen we have dealt with, we give them an A+.

The experience I had with Simpson Sheet Metal was amazing in getting our Mitsubishi ducted mini-split HVAC (to replace our wall furnace & wall shaker A/C) installed last week! This week was the first real test of the A/C performance and I'm thrilled to say the system performed flawlessly and easily kept our home at a max 71 degrees while the outside was a 95+ degree sauna! One fear I had beforehand in adding HVAC was noise pollution, and this system is whisper quiet inside and barely audible outside!

In particular every employee I directly worked with was top notch. John was wonderful through the quoting process despite me being a difficult prospective customer. As an engineer by trade, I put about 80 hours of research into this before reaching out to Simpson and John happily answered all of my technical questions and concerns. On the install side, Jeromie and Bernie were awesome, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In particular I appreciated that they handled things like moving furniture out of the way and removing picture frames, dust/debris control, etc...I had taken off work the first day of install assuming I would be responsible for that part and then I ended up with a bonus/easy day off which was a pleasant surprise!

The reason I chose Simpson is during my HVAC research process I settled on the Mitsubishi system (the highest quality system on the market), and when I saw Simpson's Diamond Preferred Status in addition to being on the Press Democrat's "Best of 2019" list I figured I was in good hands. Of course I wanted a lower price, but after seeing the quality of materials and workmanship I am comforted to know we have a quality high performance system instead of a cheap system or one with inferior workmanship or less skilled/experienced installers (HVAC install work is so tedious, experienced/trained installers are critical!). The quality of materials was evident and in no place did I see cutting corners...from the sound dampening built into the return or the better R8 ducts, everywhere I looked I saw "the good stuff" being used and installed in the highest quality way. I am very appreciative of this high quality materials, workmanship, and experience!

Simpson HVAC installed a new furnace and all new ducting at my house. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Couldn't recommend Bernie, Troy, and John more highly. Great group. They got all the work done before the holidays so that we had heat when my folks visited over Christmas. Thank you Simpson HVAC.

Jon Roncone was our estimator, and was very patient with all our questions; he gave us a great price. Bernie did the field work, was super friendly, and worked very efficiently! Great service! easy to make an appointmnet on the phone. Jose the technician wa super friendly and helpful, waited for us to find some roof access keys, no extra fee. He found the issue and fixed it on the spot. I will use them again.

Simpson Sheet Metal changed out our 30+ year old propane heater for a Mitsubishi heat pump system. Their price was unbeatable. Their estimator and installation crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. Permitting and inspections were handled smoothly by their contractor Archon Energy. Heater works great. Positive experience all around.

If I could give Simpson more than a five star rating I would. It was a great experience from first meeting John, the sales person, to working with the office, to the installers, to even the final permit with the City. (The inspector actually said that Simpson does everything right and are one of the best companies around.) We interviewed several companies and Simpson was the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable by far. I’m now working from home in an upstairs office and without our new Mitsubishi Split System it would be unbearable. We totally love it! Thanks Simpson, for making it so easy for us.

We recently had a propane heater installed. Total turnaround time from quote to installation was about 3 to 4 weeks. We live a couple hours from their facility so that added some time. The professionalism and service was top-notch. The installation crew was phenomenal they did a great job worked hard and fast. They accommodated a few bumps in the roads with no problems. I would highly recommend them. It's sometimes difficult in this day and age to find a quality company with great service rest assured you can find it here.

We are very pleased we decided to go with Simpson HVAC for our new system. We had a new furnace, A/C and ducting put in the attic and they coordinated for all the old equipment and ducting under the house to be removed. Very professional and very accommodating to our busy household as we had to corral dogs around them and have a baby. They respected all our requests and were still VERY efficient in their work. Even the estimate was very quick and easy and they are among the best priced in the area. Immediately our house air quality feels so much cleaner and fresher. We are very pleased. We will undoubtedly recommend them to anyone who asks and save them the time of getting multiple quotes like we did. Simpson is the best.

John did an excellent job planning and designing the job. He was always honest and up front with me and gave me fantastic craftsmen to do my job. Jeromie, Jose and Javier were awesome. All were very responsive and worked through any issues that caused me concern. I feel lucky to have picked Simpson to do my job as I think they are a remarkable company. I have worked with their company now for 45 years for different jobs, and I have never been disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with John, Jose and Bernie doing some recent ducting and ventilation work. They were professional, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and they left my home tidy and clean. They also kindly answered my numerous questions. Another reviewer complained about the billing rate but Simpson Sheet Metal came in at substantially less than another estimate I received so I can't complain! I'd absolutely use again Simpson in the future.

The Simpson Sheet Metal team did a fantastic job designing and installing a heat-pump HVAC system within some unusual constraints of our home. They were professional, timely and creative solutions with unforeseen conditions. They know their stuff!

This is review update after a discussion with Simpson:
I paid Simpson Sheet Metal $40k for two minisplit systems, and they helped with Sonoma Clean Power rebates. The second system had a power failure, and they deflected blame to my electrician, who eventually found a loose wire in Simpson’s own equipment that caused the problem and cost $500 to diagnose. I advised Simpson it was their mistake, but they have not made an apology or response. Good job overall, but poor accountability and customer service.

Today I repeated to John that my review was all true. I submitted the invoice to SCP for a SCP rebate. Simpson was not involved beyond giving me the invoice. John did not apologize for accusing my electrician for Simpson's faulty shutoff box. I was speaking calmly to John, but he hung up on me.
