Our house heater went out mid-winter. Monaco Mechanical came right away, did the prep, replacement installation, testing, and total cleanup. I've been recommending them to anyone who needs new heating and/or air-conditioning. They are the best!

Wow! This is a very impressive company! My husband and I had decided to have an energy efficient heating/cooling system installed in our home and we met with the owner of the company, who came to our house with a catalog and a lot of good information. We reviewed the options, pricing and then set a date.
The crew was professional, on-time, answered all of our questions and cleaned up at the end of each day (it took 3 days to complete what we wanted). Once the job was done, I had more questions, and the company sent out a very patient and knowledgeable person the next day to walk through the system again and answer all of my questions. We truly could not have asked for better service. Today they are assisting us with submitting the rebate paperwork which will save a us quite a bit of money. Every bit of our experience was very positive. Thank you Monaco Mechanical!

He was by far the most knowledgeable and came up with a solid plan to address our unique ductwork challenges. Monaco Mechanical recently replaced a failing propane furnace in our home with a complete Mitsubishi fan coil/heat pump system. They finished the job in two days and it is working perfectly—we couldn’t be happier. Casey and his crew and staff were easy to work with, always available to answer our questions and helped us work more easily with Sonoma Clean Power to acquire financing and rebate, as well as to schedule inspections—even the inspectors were complimentary about Monaco’s work! We would enthusiastically and confidently refer Monaco Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC work. We have built two homes in past and recognize excellent work when we see it—they are the best!

I have used this company probably 6 times now and everyone I refer them to has called to thank me after they too had a wonderful experience. I truly can’t say enough great things about this company.

I was referred to Monaco many years ago after being told by Moore that my unit was dangerous and needed to be replaced immediately. I got a second opinion from Casey Monaco. He came out immediately and took a look at the unit and told me I had been misinformed. He explained to me that he’s the unit was old but that the tricks the other company used to convince me were just that, tricks. He gave me options for repair, replacing, and a whole new system. I chose to simply tune-up the unit and it ran like a dream for several more years until I sold the home.

The next time I called Casey was a freezing cold morning when my new home’s heater blew up, literally, fire department and everything. It was one of those 20 degree weeks and Casey’s guys moved Heaven and Earth to get me on the schedule so we didn’t freeze. Despite being an unexpected expense Monaco came in well under the other quotes and was again a pleasure to work with.

I have since added air conditioning, changed ductwork in the kitchen, added a heat pump and additional cooling units upstairs, and even have tax rebates coming my way for greener more efficient units.

Every time the office staff as well as the technicians are great and a joy to work with.

I recommend Monaco Mechanical. The purchase of our Mitsubishi heat pump was a good experience from the initial site visit to the installation. Casey explained the sizing and operation of the unit with experienced knowledge. The crew was personable, efficient, and went to great lengths to conceal the wiring under the floor.
Monaco’s agreement said they would “assist” in processing permits, submitting of rebate applications, and energy rating testing. They did way more than assist! They submitted the rebates, obtained the permits, and sent us the documentation needed for applying for tax rebates. Great service all around.
