Dryer venting was clogged, and the dryer was overheating. Called and they immediately came to give a quote. At our convenience they then came and put in a whole new vent conduit, and it looks and performs so much better.

This company is all about the bait and switch and doesn’t have a clue what consideration for a clients time is. The simple stuff first, they said they would be out between 2-4, seems reasonable enough, then they fall and say oh no it will be closer to 6, then at 6 they call saying it will be closest to 7 which is when they finally show up.

Now the worst part. We saw there fabulous as on Facebook for the $69 dryer vent cleaning and thought “Great deal!” So we called the company and did our do-diligence to ensure there were no hidden fees and we were assured that it would only be the $69 as advertised.

The person finally gets to our place and does their work on the dryer vent. Then tells my husband that the $69 flat fee is wrong and that it is $69 PLUS $20 for every door after that. And makes my husband pay over $200!

Worst company and customer service ever! Now mind you, our dryer vent is literally straight through a wall, nothing complicated, no long distance, you can literally see through it from beginning to end.

Called them for dryer vent cleaning for falsely advertised $69 service. They wouldn't tell me the actual price up front. For the 11 feet, they covered for first 5 feet in $69 and then $15 per foot!! Its the same pipe on which the brush is connected!!!

I needed cleaning done at that point due to my busy schedule so took the bait. For 15 mins cleaning, it cost a whopping $159. On top of that he was planning to charge $90 for cleaning the 5 foot hose that took 15 secs and not requested. I could get a brand new hose pipe for much less!

Possibly the worst value for money that I've spent in a long time.

This was my 1st time dealing with an air duck issue from my dryer and Leo and his team were extremely informative and professional. Leo explained the whole process to me and they were very reasonable for the work they performed. I definitely feel safe and free from a firehazard. I would 100% suggest them for anyone looking to clean out their air ducks.

Leo did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent and air ducts. And the best part is that he cleaned and deodorized my central air so that now my entire house smells fantastic! And I am beyond excited to also have my entire house air be purified by my new CarbonX filter/UV light that Leo installed directly into my heating system. Thank you Leo!

Alright, folks, let me tell you about my epic adventure with Airways duct cleaning. It's kind of like a rom-com, but instead of flowers and chocolates, I got phone calls. Lots of them.

They must've really been looking forward to our appointment because they called to confirm not once, but twice. I felt like the belle of the ball, or in this case, the belle of the vent cleaning.

Fast forward to the big day. In the midst of their super spacious 3-hour window (seriously, it's like waiting for a pizza from another continent), they threw in a surprise: the 30-minute notice call. I missed it, possibly daydreaming about our previous enchanting phone encounters. And guess what? They canceled the whole rendezvous. I mean, talk about playing hard to get!

So, a little advice if you're thinking of dancing the vent-cleaning tango with Airways Ducting: Keep that phone close. You never know when the next thrilling chapter of the saga will unfold. And who knows? Maybe next time, I'll serenade them over voicemail to ensure our next "appointment." 🎶🌬️😉

Very quick and easy service. Showed up same day and cleaned the vents and took care of the issue within 30 minutes.

I called this company because I saw a promotion on Google. A few days later they were at my home. I received an inspection and an estimate to complete the work. The Technician was very informative and friendly and did not try to pressure me. I decided to have them deep clean my ducts. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. I am very pleased with the service I received from them and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services/maintenance.

Leo and his team were great! I was on a time crunch and they came and assessed everything and were able to complete the air duct cleaning in a timely fashion. Additionally they were able to sanitize and clean my air return box where he discovered vermin droppings. He educated me and the health hazards that can cause. I would recommend airways duct cleaning to any friends and family.

My 22 year old washer finally gave out so I purchase a new washer and dryer set which was to arrive on a Wednesday. I decided that the dryer vent pipe should be cleaned, not ever being disconnected from the dryer in 22 years. So called Airway Duct Cleaning about mid-day on a Friday and Leo said they were able to come out the next Monday. Very professional service, they arrived on time, quickly went to work and in a short time had a nice pile of lint cleaned from the vent pipe; and left the utility room very clean.

Before we called Airways, we were worried our dryer was going to burn our house down, it was running so hot. They came to clean our vents and were knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful and our vents have never been cleaner. I would recommend this to friends, family, or coworkers. I plan to get my vents cleaned with them annually. Leo was super nice and they did a great job!

Customer service and being courteous to potential customers is apparently not very important to this company
