I called Absolute after a previous company "cleaned" the dryer vent and yet my dryer starting showing a "check vent" error and stopped drying clothes. David from Absolute came and actually cleaned the vent removing a bunch of stuff the other company should have cleaned. David was very professional and did a great job.

If you need your dryer vent cleaned, just call Absolute. Don't bother with any other company. Highly recommended!

I have had my dryer vent cleaned in the past but David was much more thorough. He was able to access the vent from both sides and the amount of lint removed was incredible. David provided great before and after photos and cleaned up all the dust after as well. Very happy with Absolute Duct and chimney and would recommend.

I was happy with Absolute’s cleaning of my dryer vent. Their communication before and during the appointment was great and they took care not to damage my home. They were professional and courteous and I would hire them again.

Luis was WONDERFUL! My dryer had to be run 3-5 times per load to get all the clothes dry, so I called out a dryer technician who said I had to get my vent cleaned but he didn't have a recommendation for me. So I went on Google and found Absolute, Kylie was super quick to respond and was the first of 3 companies to respond to me so I booked with them and Luis showed up 2 days later during the window that they scheduled me for.

Things I really liked:
Luis called me 25 minutes before arrival to give me a heads up.
The pricing was a flat rate.
My dryer works now with just 1 cycle run!

Things I didn't like:
How much JUNK I had in my vent! (That's on me + the previous owner of the house).

Will definitely be calling back next year and have my vent more regularly cleaned.

I recently hired Spark Chimney Cleaning Danville for a full chimney cleaning, chimney sweep, and chimney inspection, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The five stars is for the technician, Luis. He was an extremely hard worker and very thorough. Very pleasant personality which made him easy to work with. Willing to do what it took to get the job done properly. I’m very disappointed in the company he works for. They put their technicians in danger by sending them by themselves to a two person job. I specifically requested two technicians when I called for service because I knew one had to go on the roof of a very tall home with sketchy roof access. They sent one tech the first time I waited for them and it was raining. He let me know it was against company policy to access the roof in the rain. So total waste of everyone’s time. I sent him away. Thankfully I got Louis the second time after waiting a week and a half for the rain to stop.

I had trouble finding duct cleaning service for my commercial facility. Absolute was able to come down to inspect and give a bid within a few days - even though we are far from their office. Their staff was professional and was able to work around my staff with minimal disruption to our office. It is not a cheap service, but for our systems, they had a 5 man crew there nearly the whole day.
