This company is legit! I was referred to them by a friend and he was fair, responsive/had good communication, and felt trustworthy. Initially our AC wasn't starting and it was easily still mid - high 70's out. It ended up being a power connection but he still came after 7:30PM from Serra Mesa, told us he wouldn't charge us since no repair was done and said to call him back once we had the power figured out. Vadim was our technician. As a bonus he was also great around our dogs. Today he returned because we did want maintenance done on the unit and he was able to fix it for under $300. What we suspected to the problem was accurate. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Even sent a group text to my neighbors to share his info.

3-28-24. It was finally time to replace the 30+ year old AC in our house. Vadim at Fresh Air came recommended to me from a homebuilder friend of mine. From the initial consultation to following up on his quote, to the complete install, Vadim and his crew were on top of their game. We bought a new 3-Ton condenser and 2-stage 70K BTU furnace, along with all new plenum and redesigned ductwork in the attic for better air distribution. His price was extremely fair, and from demoing the old system, to the crane set of the RTU, to the new ducting, to the sweep-up: they complete the job in a single 9 hour day. I've been a large scale builder my whole life, and it's always a pleasure to know when you've hired the right contractor for your personal residence.
