Tim responded to a late evening emergency call when my air conditioning stopped work on a very hot day with a 2 month old at home. I appreciated his communication and transparency during the initial call and throughout his service early the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the malfunctioning part all while educating me on my unit and giving me tips for future upkeep. I would highly recommend HeyNow if you value an honest, professional and knowledgeable service.

Tim did an amazing job installing our mini splits. I would highly recommend him. He walked me through the process before he started and was very knowledgeable on any questions I had. Tim did an incredible job. I had an AC system installed at my old house and had 4 other bids for this house, but HEYNOW was by far the best. Tim listened to what I wanted, and helped me decide what was most beneficial. The quality of work and detail was excellent.

Tim was professional, punctual and explained in great detail each step of the process of fixing our AC issues. He is very knowledgeable on any AC/furnace system and gave us some great tips and recommendations on how to manage/ monitor our system.

Tim is amazing. He spent 40 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me figure out my problem while he was camping. He is super educated on AC. He is honest and very caring. He was able to help us with our AC and it works awesome. First time we have had an AC that actually cools the house and you can’t hear running 5 doors down. I highly recommend him and his company. Trustworthy and talented. Blessed to have him as our permanent AC person. He took care of my sister in law, took care of us and I will recommend him to everyone!

I had a full AC and duct upgrade from heynow. Tim did a great job from start to finish. During the bidding phase he was very thorough in recording room sizes (for load calcs), understanding where the shortcomings were in my current system, and what I wanted in the new one. Most importantly he offered me choices and information to make decisions. He explains things logically in a way that’s easy to understand. I had a few bids and others might use some industry jargon or terms someone in the HVAC industry wouldn’t understand, but Tim made sure to explain what effect a choice has on the overall system performance. Finally, he wasn’t pushy with install dates offering “extra discounts if you sign up before I walk out the door” like other companies. He gave a straight forward and honest price which I really appreciated.

The installation itself was also great, he and his crew were professional, came in and efficiently completed the job cleaning up as they go. The work is extremely high quality, not only what I saw in the house, but even the ducting when I went up into the attic afterwards. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Afterwards he made sure to explain the system maintenance, some slight config/troubleshooting advice for the future if I ever need it. The knowledge empowers me to confidently take care of the system going forward. He is super passionate about his work and it shows in the quality and in his work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or upgrades. I’m incredibly happy with my new system.

Tim from Hey Now is absolutely amazing! When our AC unexpectedly quit, Tim managed to come out the same day, despite his busy schedule. He provided an honest assessment and worked with us on the price of a new unit. Even though he was booked until Wednesday (6/26/24), Tim made time to come on Tuesday (6/25/24) because he knew we were sweltering in East County with 90-degree heat. His dedication, fairness, and kindness are unmatched. Tim has certainly earned a lifetime customer in me!

Tim was absolutely amazing. My compressor had stopped working and I'd heard from another company that it would need to be replaced. Tim found the problems quickly and not only fixed them but also came in to change my air filter and talk about whole house fans. 10/10 will use again.

I’ve worked with Tim on two separate occasions. The first time was to investigate a suspected leak in my HVAC condensation line (turns out, it wasn’t a leak). This time, I called him to inspect and perform any necessary maintenance on my 30+ year old HVAC system.

Tim did exactly what I needed. He took photos of the unit’s components when he went up to the roof so I could see their condition firsthand — rusty, but still working fine. He had nothing but positive things to say about my old HVAC and assured me I could keep using it without worry.

What I appreciated most was that Tim didn’t try to upsell me on a new system or suggest unnecessary upgrades or repairs for my old HVAC, even though he easily could have—I honestly expected it would need something after so many years without service. When the day comes that I need a repair or a new unit, I’ll definitely be calling Tim again.
