Tim did a great job on a complete replacement of furnace and AC. This was just after we came out of COVID and there were lots of supply problems. It took a couple of months to get the system from the distributor, but Tim kept me in the loop with updates on the status. Once parts were available, the install was quick and no problems.
The system was installed in the spring and mid-summer I noticed an issue with AC unit where it wasn't cooling. The fan was running but the compressor wasn't. This only appeared after using the AC perfectly for several weeks and it suddenly stopped. Seems there was an optional (use when needed) part that corrected for the power situation. He installed this quickly and without charge once we identified the problem.

HEYNOW provided great service! Tim diagnosed the problem, provided an easy-to-understand explanation of the problem, and fixed the issue quickly. Friendly, communicative, and professional. Great customer service and it's nice to support a small business. Would recommend!

Tim is everything you can ask for out of a contractor. Multiple times he bailed me out of tight timelines and came through when needed. On time, communicative, helpful.

One time, I blew a fuse on my furnace and couldn’t get it to function after changing out my thermostat. I called Heynow and not only did he pick up, he quickly walked me though what was wrong, diagnosed it perfectly and I was able to fix it within 10 minutes.

Tim at Hey Now is a consummate professional. He has worked on my HVAC system at my home twice now. First, was the middle of August in Santee, Ca. It was over a 100 degrees outside and my AC stopped providing cold air. I called Tim and his team and they were over within an hour. Tim was able to diagnose the problem in about 20 minutes and then replace the part. HE EVEN HAD THE PART IN HIS TRUCK! Truly saved the day in the heat of the summer. The second time was more recent and, after enjoying the first interaction, had him out for a system tune up. He went through everything and made sure all was well with the system. While also being extremely reasonably priced, he also gave me realistic recommendations coming from an expert. Some repairs could wait, others were better off to be done sooner than later. Best thing about it was his knowledge and explanation that I could understand as I am no HVAC professional. Cheers to Tim and the team!

I called at 10 in the morning and Tim came out couple hours later. Very kind, informative and helpful. And pricing wise very fair for the work he does . Took the initiative to explain everything he is doing and even install a new filter in for my AC . Will be using him for annual maintenance!

Tim and crew are just what I was looking for! He installed a full a/c unit with furnace and a whole house fan for a reasonable price but above all, the level of service and expertise that Tim provides is amazing! I have known Tim for the last 13 years, personally speaking he is one of the most thorough, and almost borderline crazy when it comes to his level of detail (It runs in his family). professionally, he has done numerous projects at my house, new thermostat, whole house fan, and repair work (things that were not installed by Tim I should note).
