I was referred to Pantaira by another HVAC provider I'd used in the past. Nik (of Pantaira) was very responsive an organized. He responded with 2 days after first contact and diagnosed the potential problems. At this time, I am waiting on repair and replacement estimates.

I can tell you that Nick at Pantaira Air is nothing short of phenomenal. We have a split unit system, at our condo in Point Loma. It wasn’t an easy job, as just like many of our neighbors’ units- we have a similar type of system, that is rather specialized for the technician to work on. We had to order parts, a couple different times… Troubleshoot, a couple different times… And Nick was with us to the very end, making sure it got done right, and the repairs were fully completed before we had out-of-town guests arriving to stay with us. His care, concern, and professionalis were SECOND TO NONE ! He is adept at diagnosing all kinds of central air/ & heating systems, so he would be our immediate go to in the future. Highly recommend it!!

I called Nik, he checked out house following day. Furnace needed some parts. He ordered them and as soon as the arrived, he went back and fixed. Nik always keeps you informed and prices are fair. He is my guy for long time to come!

I was recently in an accident that left me paralyzed and needless to say me and my family were in desperate need of a new HVAC installed due to my condition.
After desperately trying to get honest help in a short timeframe with no luck.
Pantaira was referred to me by a friend.
I called and Nik was able to come to the house on a weekend and get me multiple estimates within a day.
After a solid break down on each estimate we made the decision to move forward and We were set up within a few days.
Nik was on time each day the work was to be done, gave updates throughout the work day and left the areas affected clean each day.
Even when things weren’t cooperating he found a solution and got the job done on time. His assistant Wayne was also knowledgeable and courteous.
His honesty from start to finish is a testament to his work and shows in his work ethic.

Nik was a very personable person. He was out here to help and make sure the customer gets a great job done at a reosonable price. He came checked out my heater because i was having trouble with the thermostat. He found something stuck in the gas vaule and got it nocked down. he was going to replace the gas vaule but called and said he thought replacing the thermostat at this time might end the problem. if it does not he will come back and replace the gas vaule. He was very thoughtful of my ablility to pay a higher bill. I would recoment Nic and his company to any and everyone. This is his living but he thinks of the person with the problem first. I will not use anyone else and recoment him to all. Very polite young man and understanding young man. He shoulde train people that is in the service business on how to treat people.
He is very a very honest person.

Nik was an amazing communicator and very quick to respond to my HVAC request during what I must assume as their extremely busy time during a massive heat wave.
