Raul did a great job going over my a/c system and identifying any potential issues. He answered my many questions and let me follow him around to see what was what. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have used Allegiance Heating and Air. Their service people are always very thorough and helpful. We have an older furnace and A/C unit that is still working, but not as efficiently as a newer one would. After his inspection, he explained the condition and showed us photos of our current system. We compared it to a new system. We discussed the pros and cons of waiting a bit longer vs getting a new system now. So many times companies use the fact that you have a system that is a bit older to push you into an upgrade now. Allegiance did not do that. He assured us when we did want to upgrade they were only a phone call away.

Eddie installed an air scrubber. He took the time to vacuum my air return and clean my attic door. Great service. We will be installing a new system with Allegiance very soon. I can’t wait!

We needed a full Heater and AC replacement. Our unit was circa 1980. The rep came and did a full assessment of our current unit, home size, and ducting. We had estimates from other companies for compare and contrast. After Allegiance provided 5 options at different price points and explained each we opted for the mid price option and opted to include the service plan.

Note that each customer will have a different need based on home size, home layout etc so stating pricing here isn't useful.

During install the technicians were courteous and cautious and kept the work area organized and relatively clean as they could while working. I work from home and i wasn't impacted while they worked.

We also were able to finance a portion of the cost. After install I already feel a difference even though we haven't run the system other than testing. Having all new ducting has sealed off the drafts from the attic into the home which is keeping it warmer overnight and cooler through the day.

The climate in our home has improved already! We were happy with our experience and expect that this system will be amazing during the East County heat of the summer.

I had a great experience with Allegiance servicing my air conditioner unit. Even when they were extremely busy, they worked with me to find a time within the same week, instead of pushing my appointment way off into the future.

Raul was first class and did everything he could to prolong my aging system. He gave me options and communicated well every step of the way. I really appreciated that he worked with me and helped do the best he could with my system.

Will continue to use Allegiance in the future and recommend them thanks to this great service.

This is my second review for Allegiance Heating & Air. I give the company 5 stars for the technician's work checking my furnace for the winter & replacing a rubber cover on wires attached to my condenser. He was very helpful, efficient & pleasant. The price was very fair also. My previous review gave the company 5 stars for their work replacing old ducts in my attic. The price was very fair there too, and the men were efficient and courteous. I really like this company, will call it again, and I strongly recommend it to you.

We had David M. come and do a maintenance check on our AC. He was great, informative and most of all very respectful and polite. We very highly recommend Allegiance heating and air for your AC needs.

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also efficient and made sure to clean up any mess that he made. The maintenance was finished quickly and he gave me recommendations for any other upcoming tasks to be completed.

We had a problem with an electric fireplace in Downtown San Diego and we needed someone who can get the job done they were referred to me so I gave them a call and before I knew it they came out and handled everything with great customer service. I can’t say enough about our experience with Allegiance. It was a pleasant if not pleasurable experience from start to finish. Roger and Lawrence came out to assess our request. Both were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide a solution. The techs Eddie, Raul and Ryan came out soon after and got to work. They ended up hanging a unit in the attic space and installing a heat pump on the exterior. These guys were complete professionals and downright artisans in what they did. I’m wishing the blower was put somewhere it could be seen because it was a work of art. Same goes for the heat pump on the exterior. They payed attention to every last little detail and were super quick. Whenever there was a decision to be made they always asked our opinion before any cutting was done. I’m sure it got pretty annoying to continually ask us and hold up the job, but they never showed any sign. They just wanted us to be happy. It was a pretty big job and they took a little over a day to complete. Consummate professionals from beginning to end. If I were an HVAC business owner I would do what I could to keep these guys happy. All 5 of them were a real pleasure to work with. I would imagine the ownership is of the same ilk and is no coincidence. It was not an inexpensive job, but after seeing the job completed, we handed over the check with a smile and felt 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call on them again in the future.

We had an issue with our cooling system, Allegiance came out within 2 days and had us up and running in no time! They are always quick and their staff is very knowledgeable and polite. They explain things at every step and are great to work with!

We needed to find a new firm to inspect and maintain our HVAC system and had used their allied duct cleaning service before, so i used that as my reference. My call was picked up immediately, it took minutes to set up the account and appointment, the technician came right on time, he was neat and courteous, and found issues that we needed to address (not identified by the previous firm). A first-rate experience.

Great and quick service! During a random heat wave, I discovered my AC wasnt working properly. I was able to schedule a service online with no hastle, with plenty of availability. They arrived on time (and gave me a heads up of their arrival prior to), quickly discovered the solution to my air conditioning problem, and quickly fixed the issue with an hour!
