The company was recommended to me by an old, trusted friend. Roger (the one who came to our house to give the quote) was the 2nd of three reps and the first to mention replacing the broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump since we have solar. My wife & I think that Roger was very knowledgeable & personable. After we made our decision to go with Allegiance and had an unknown 10% convenience fee that was added to the documents removed, an appointment was made for a few days later. Three installers arrived at about 8 am and spent the day installing the equipment. I mostly spoke with Eddie (who was also very professional and nice). Roger came by a few times to see the progress & answer any questions we had. The only complaint we had was that after they left, we found that someone had emptied a dirty (filter?) with water (from the furnace?) into a slow draining upstairs bathroom sink which made a mess on the door and walls that my wife was not happy about. We wish we would have been asked so we could have had it emptied into the utility sink in the garage. But the installation was fine overall.

We found Allegiance to be quite responsive and their work to be top notch. We were offered several options for replacing a mid-70s furnace that had not been operated for more than 20 years. The unit is relatively quiet and warms our house quickly.

Second year in I was alerted, by a 3rd party, to water damage caused by the way the AC condensation pipe was installed- dumping water right onto the house wall. The stucco is peeling and deeper issue potentially seeping through the wall and/or to the foundation.

Despite paying for “final inspection” at install and regular quarterly maintenance in the $15K+ installation, no Allegiance technician spotted this issue over the last 2 years.

Upon notification, Allegiance sent ppl to extended the pipe away from the wall.
While they admitted it should not have been mounted to dump water onto the wall initially, they denied the peeling stucco and obvious water damage right there was from the pipe. They refused any responsibility for patch work and have not followed up.

I am getting workers to repair the outside area and check interior walls for damage.

I’d say go with the unit and get an outside team to double check all pipe work and maintenance.

Laurence arrived at exactly the time he said, was very pleasant and professional. Did a great job of inspecting my system and made reccomendations.

Trever was very professional and knowledgeable. He was great at his job. I would request his services again.

1- hot and cold spots in the house
2-high power bill
3- very loud system both inside and in the backyard

Although the system I had was working these were all bothering me enough to replace it and go with new ductwork.

Allegiance sent out an amazing group of guys to get the job done. They are polite and extremely knowledgeable they gave me the game plan on how to address these issues. They kept my house clean and got the job done quickly. Thank you so much again for all the hard work. My house feels amazing inside and I cant even hear the system run inside or outside.

Had a visit today to check our HVAC. Raul was excellent, clearly explained what he found, and what he could do, and what he recommended. We've used Allegiance before and always been very pleased, today was no exception. Realistic appraisal without a hard sell, but providing options as we face eventual end-of-life for our 20 year old HVAC system. Highly recommended!

I like how they text to remind me of when I’m due for a service. It’s one less thing I need to worry about. Additionally, they offer a discount which helps! I appreciate the professional support and feedback, especially how easy it was to communicate when making the appointment and when voicing my concerns.
The technician was on time and I felt confident in his knowledge of the trade. He was very polite and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently.
I’m happy with the service provided and the fees for services were fair.

We've worked with Allegiance for the last few years now and have been happy with them each time they come out. I thought our AC unit failed. Had a company out for a tune up about two years ago, which didn't do much. They never checked the condensation drip line (which I didn't know anything about). I thought I was going to have to replace the system. Laurence from Allegiance came out and quickly identified the condensation line was completely clogged. He replaced the pipe, checked all aspects of the unit, and now we have cold air again. Super friendly, completed everything in about an hour, and explained everything as he did it. Now I know how to do my part to maintain the system. Nothing but great things to say about this company. Thank you, Allegiance! 🍻

He figured out exactly what was wrong in a single visit, compared to a “reputable” competitor who came out six times and still couldn’t solve the issue. Rail was wonderful! Very communicative and worked to get me a fair price. He was prompt and got my AC back up and running within an hour. He also gave me good advice to help protect my system to keep it running for as long as possible.

We appreciated the service we received for our heater check. We were told of work that should take place, but did not feel pressured and felt there was honesty in what was needed now, vs in the future. We plan on doing any future service through Allegiance.

Allegiance replaced our heating and cooling system with a heat pump during a stressful event in our home. Lawrence was calming knowledgeable and focused in our initial discussion. Both my husband and I were amazed at how accommodating Lawrence and his team were. They were respectful, hard working and thorough in the clean up. We are so grateful this was our experience. No one ever wakes up and says, “oh I want to replace a major appliance today”.

The technician was great! He explained everything step by step and was very polite. He put drop clothes on the floors where he was working to protect the floors. My system is now working great with drastic increase in airflow!
