David was punctual, gave me a 40 minutes heads up which was nice. Very polite and did a great job cleaning and showing me the before and after photos. I’ll use DSW next year for sure!

We have used this company for years for our annual dryer vent cleaning and our periodic whole house vent cleaning. They have always arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and are friendly and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service and are a top-notch company. Thank you to Luis who did an outstanding job cleaning the dryer vent. He even took before and after pictures of the vent.

This is a mixed bag. I wanted the ducts cleaned for purposes of inspection to see if any repairs needed to be made. Especially since we just had our decades old furnace (that we did not use much-we have a wood burning stove) replaced with a heat pump. I did not "supervise" the cleaning. My husband did. I was under the impression that they were going to fully inspect the ducting and we were to get before and after photos. Well, not so much.

The guys were very nice and seemed to work hard and we did get photos but the photos did not say much of anything since they weren't labeled before and after and there could not have been much of an inspection either because the pictures were taken with a regular digital phone by them sticking it up into the duct through the register. No endoscopic camera was used so I have no idea how clean the vents are or if there are any repairs needed beyond one repair made in one bathroom duct because that could be seen by the camera. The ducts might be very clean but I have no way of telling and there is certainly the possibility that there are repairs needed beyond the distance their little cameras could "see".

I am really, really not happy. How can you do an inspection without an endoscopic camera??? Such cameras are not very expensive. About 50 bucks at Amazon for one with 32 feet worth of cable. Less for one with 16 feet. Going to order one up.

I guess I should have asked more questions before I retained this company. If I had received the job I thought I was going to. I would have been very happy with the price of $644 .

David and Luis arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. They put on shoe covers and vacuumed up after they were done. The whole process of booking an appointment was easy and efficient. Luis showed me a picture of all the paint chips flying around our vents and it was pretty gross. I’m glad we got our ducts cleaned and taken care of. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Juan cleaning and inspecting our chimney. We needed a new spark arrester and he was able to get it installed promptly and was very knowledgable about the chimney. I highly recommend Absolute Duct & Chimney!

I was really happy with the work from Absolute Duct and Chimney Cleaning. They were on time, they were thorough and their work. Did a great job of cleaning up behind his self. I had my chimney clean and my dryer vent line cleaned out.
I’ve used them before on my chimney and I will continue to use them.

John and Assad first visit they assured me that the new route for the exhaust would be simple to take off to self clean only to find out that is not true because everything is caulked shut. Also, they assured me and my wife they would clean the area which was not done even for just the mess they made regardless of the dust that was there. Then we could not figure out why the clothes were not drying and only cold are, they failed to turn the gas back on. So like one person stated, steep price and not impressed with quality of workmanship. The other issue was they could or have a way to determine what was in the wall on the outside so instead of a small hole to make sure it was clear, they drilled a large hole only to find out it was obscured by a pipe.

Dryer duct cleaning service. Tech was professional, friendly and on time. He called and texted well ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Informed us of the process, future advice, and even shared videos of the build up coming out of our ducts after he was done. Highly recommend!

David inspected our fireplace and did a great job explaining all the steps as he did his job. Suggested ideas on repair. No pressure at all. Would recommend Absolute Chimney to anybody if all the techs are like David. I was referred by a friend and so happy they did!

Our dryer vent was crazy plugged up... a fire hazard for sure. No eonder it was taking forever to dry clothes! I can't believe what he went through to clean it out!! So grateful. I will now calendar this to be done every single year.

I needed a skilled Professional to clean my dryer exhaust duct vent, and also the laundry vent fan duct. I got just that. My Pro cleaned the built-up lint from my dryer duct, and then showed me where the dryer duct had been leaking, causing the laundry vent fan to take in the leaking excess lint. This had caused my vent fan to plug up and stop operating. My Pro cleaned the vent fan and duct of the excess lint, restoring it to proper operation. He also replaced and tightened the dryer duct properly so as to prevent future leaks. All at a very exceptional price! Well-done!
