We had a great experience with Airway Chimney Service. Leo spoke with me and explained what I may need and set up a time to meet with me the same day. Leo and his crew did a thorough inspection and fixed all the issues I had with my chimney. We purchased this home earlier this way and we weren't sure what state it was in and sure enough, it needed a major cleaning as well as some cracks that needed to be mortared.

Scheduled for a 5pm appointment. Texted me the morning of telling me they would show up 10am-12pm. Then showed up at 8:30am. Did not have any record of the services requested. Office was rude. Disorganized and poor customer service.

They did a great job. They showed up within the window of time I was given. The tech Juan was thorough and explained how to maintain the fireplace.

First, I just have to say, they really should change their name to Absolutely AMAZING Duct and Chimney Cleaning! It was so easy to book an appointment with Rachel and her follow up over the past year to get me scheduled has been amazing. Joe and George, what can I say, top notch experts at what they do and they do everything with a touch of excellence. Both showed up as scheduled with a 2 hour window. My dryer has been pushing out particles because it wasn't sealed properly since we moved in, but not anymore. They made sure to seal it completely. I'm so excited to not have any more lint flying around with the back of the dryer hose secure now. They also cleaned all the gunk out of the fireplace which was really shocking to see how much stuff was lodged up in there. It's too bad it's 89 degrees tomorrow or I would definitely be lighting a fire. I will use my dryer though. My 10 month old new dryer read that the dryer vent was blocked by 80%. I hadn’t had the vent cleaned in quite awhile so cleaning it was well overdue.
