Ruben was very professional. He arrived on time and had the job done in an hour! We were very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend his company to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Ruben came out to give a quote to replace my water heater. I had purchased a fancy heat pump model, and he looked into the special requirements for it before showing up to install. He also tested my existing plumbing and found my regulator wasn't working (I had suspected that was the case, but didn't bring up). While I spent more than I initially planned, he made sure the job was done right and it looks a lot better than the previous installation was (before I bought the house) and to code.

Ruben was very helpful and explained how everything worked and what was recommended. After installing our water heater and a pump system he showed me how it worked and walked me through setting all the dials. I really appreciated that and I was happy with the experience.

All Time Plumbing was recommended by Home Depot for our plumbing needs for our tubs & showers. We contacted them late at night and they were extremely responsive. It wasn't an emergency but they sent Ruben out early the next day. Ruben was very transparent about his work and made sure to show me and explain exactly what was wrong. After diagnosing the problems he clearly laid out the different repair options and pricing. It was obvious he made an effort to problem-solve our specific situation in order to come up with the best and least expensive solution. He had been upfront about possibly having to open up a wall and us having to source a new faucet ourselves because they were expensive custom fixtures, but then he was able to salvage the part we already had and did the repair without opening the wall. He put in the extra effort to make it the best case scenario for us. He did extremely high-quality work and we will absolutely use All Time Plumbing again for any plumbing issues in the future.

It’s that time of the year where we needed to get out tankless water heater serviced. Super fast response and they scheduled an appointment very quickly. We had other concerns about the hot water and smelling gas but Ruben checked it out for us and assured us there wasn’t a leak coming from the water heater. Everything was done quick and all questions were answered thank you so much Ruben. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Ruben was great. He arrived right on time. Checked out the job and gave us a fair estimate. He had to replace the spicket for the bathtub and was able to find one that matched perfectly. This is the third time we've used All Time Plumbing and have been very happy with all the work he's done.

Ruben arrived at the expected time. If fact, he arrived at my house before I did. Ruben did a thorough assessment with our issue with leaking water and did the hard work of confirming his determination that we had an old pipe that caused the leak.
It took Ruben less than an hour from start to finish.

All-Time Plumbing did an great job replacing the air gap and drain hose from my dishwasher to the disposal/sink. Water was rushing out of the air gap every time the dishwasher drained. I'm so glad I called them; the kitchen sink stink is gone! All-Time Plumbing arrived on time; they were very cordial; they had everything they needed to get the job done in their truck; and they fixed it quickly. They are not cheap ($301 for this job) but they have a fair pricing sheet and gave me a clear quote of the cost upfront. They are trained professionals. I would use them again.

We've been using All Time Plumbing exclusively since 2017. We can always rely on Ruben to be on time, explain the issues he is finding, and be honest when trying to solve the problem for the lowest price. Because it is a family run business, they don't waste time when on site. They are in and out and get the job done right the first time. And being able to email for an appointment is so convenient. While no one likes having plumbing issues, knowing a dependable and trust-worthy plumber we can count on is great!

Ruben and the All Time Plumbing team are the best. Our garbage disposal started leaking and I scheduled him to come out to assess the next day. He replaced the broken disposal within about an hour (and also assessed one or two other minor plumbing items for no additional charge). Great service, fast, and efficient. Mr. Reyes and his son arrived on time and communicated prior to arrival their ETA. Having a busy work schedule they accommodated my varying work hours on short notice and with true professionalism. I found them based on google and decided to use their services based off reviews only. However, I am glad I did as their pricing is straight to the point and standard for the type of job with work hours already in there. I asked them to come out for a general house inspection of work to be done and have called them back THREE times after that. If there is one thing that I can say about this team is that there is no need to look any further for a family orientated, respectful, set of subject matter experts. I am glad to have called them and am glad that whenever I do for future work, my home is in good hands. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

Excellent service! They communicated well both with phone calls (calling back to schedule after I left a message, calling to confirm the appointment, and calling to let me know they were on their way morning-of) and in person (explained what our issues were, why they were caused, and what needed to be done to repair). I’m very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend All Time Plumbing to anyone!

Call some else. I think they paid for the positive reviews. Would not recommend using this company. Said we needed to replace the entire water heater (that was under warranty) for almost $3000 in labor. Said the repair would be $800-$1000 and would fail again in 6-12 months. I fixed it myself and the part was was free due to the warranty. Online the part was $30. Had they been honest and fixed it so that my family was taken care of they would have more business from us and a positive word of mouth saying how good they are.. exact opposite letting my neighbors know to STAY AWAY. If you can't tell I'm extremely irritated while writing this review. Good luck.

Ruben had to come out twice to look at my clogged shower drain. He came out friendly and professional each time. Like almost everyone in SD, we have cast iron pipes so I was thinking the worst and most $$$. Also, All Time gave us the best price that I have experienced with past plumbing services. I will use them again. Thanks Ruben! Answering service was also kind and responsive.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the job that Ruben and his team at All Time Plumbing did for us. He was on time, clean and very respectful to our needs. Upon his arrival, he went through the whole process with us and suggested a complete pipe refit for our aged gas lines. He was able to get us back up and running so quickly, which was a blessing since the utility company shut off our gas! The only hold up was waiting for the city to come inspect the work. After that, we discovered that our water heater needed a replacement. Rather than push us down the road, Ruben was able to get us a new water heater installed the very next day! We are enjoying taking hot showers and cooking again! Thank you All Time Plumbing! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

We were experiencing very low water pressure throughout our house, and we also needed our tub faucet handles rebuilt because they were falling apart and the screws were stripped. Ruben came next day and was able to troubleshoot and fix our issues very quickly. What a relief to find a professional who knows what he’s doing, explains it well, and charges a fair price for excellent work! This is our go-to plumber now, would highly recommend.
