My experience with Water Heaters Only was excellent. They were able to fit me in very promptly, and their installer, Damien, was friendly, informative, patient, and thorough. He was done in less than the estimated time, and the job was cleaned up and done well. Thanks Damien!

Our 11 year old water heater failed on a Saturday evening while we were entertaining guests. A call to Water Heaters Only and a short conversation with Lori had us scheduled for a tech appointment and estimate the next morning. Francisco came out on time and fully prepared from the info we had given Lori. Francisco explained what needed to be done, answered my barrage of questions and gave us what I thought was a fair estimate for the work. Three hours later we had hot water and everything was back to normal.

I recently had a water heater installed by Water Heaters Only. The technician that installed the water heater was Francisco Martinez. Francisco did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, expertise and his cordial, warm personality. I had once installed a water heater with a buddy. It was an arduous job. I didn't want to do it again. I am very glad I contacted Water Heaters Only, and had Francisco as the technician. Francisco is more than 5 stars! Kudos to him!

Today I had my old water heater replaced by Water Heaters Only, in San Diego. Francisco Martinez was the technician. I'm very satisfied with service and the product. All steps and pricing were clearly presented to me before work began. When he finished, he reviewed what was done and how my new water heater should be maintained. I appreciate the company contacting me ahead of time to let me know who would be coming into my home.

Service set up was prompt, provided good info and accommodated same day visit. Francisco was knowledgeable, fast, and got everything set up with improvements from the older hookups. Great all around service . Recommend.

Francisco Martinez arrived on time to replace our old water heater. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Francisco clearly knew what he was doing, and was confident every step of the process.
My wife and I are grateful for our sparkling new water heater that Francisco installed for us. He definitely earns five stars, and as soon as we find someone who needs a new water heater, we will refer them to Water Heaters Only.

After waiting a day for someone to come out, the technician obviously did not want to do the job. First they had an issue with the proximity of my washer and dryer. Then they proceeded to quote saying it was going to much higher cost due to the install and finally said they could not do it until I “repaired” my dry wall claiming they couldn’t strap it in properly due to a crack - except the strap is going into the stud on my wall, not the drywall. They changed me $65.00 for my trouble. While trying to find a drywall repair- I kept running into the issue of the water heater being in the way. Called to see if they would at least come back to remove the old water heater - they could for another $400 which would be in addition to the quote in place. Ended up finding a plumber who charged me almost $1000 less than their quote and did not require me to spend another $700+ in unnecessary repairs

This was a terrific experience. Water Heaters Only was able to provide an estimate for a replacement with 2 days, and then schedule the installation within 2 weeks. Thomas B. did a fantastic job. He was very professional and answered all questions, as I converted from natural gas to a heat pump water heater. I love the new heater and it works great. I would only recommend Water Heaters Only for a replacement project. They were the most reasonable and professional.

Justin arrived early and installed a new water heater completely to my satisfaction. He also provided very helpful information on hot water recirculation options. Great experience.

I had further questions so I then called the phone number listed and got an immediate response and this is on a Sunday! Lori, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. She then scheduled a technician, Damien, and he was at my house in less than an hour, with my new water heater! Damien was amazing. He was extremely professional yet friendly! He was very knowledgeable! He was very efficient! This company is the best! You can't go wrong choosing them. They do not charge extra for the weekends and totally back their work! The whole process was fantastic. I was sincerely impressed after getting quotes from 4-5 other places. Their dispatch was always available for a call, and got a technician out for a quote the same day.

He wrote up multiple estimates for us based on the conversation and talked us through the whole process.

Once we accepted the estimate they sent Justin G back out the next day. He quickly and efficiently replaced our leaking water heater, got everything up to code, and walked us through everything.

I cannot express enough how this was a great experience, Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

5 stars without a doubt! I reached out to three different companies to get bids to repair my leaking tankless water heater. Water Heaters Only Inc was the only company that didn’t try to sell me a new unit along with a bunch of other unnecessary repairs. This saved me thousands of dollars! I had replacement parts shipped to me under warranty and they swapped out the damaged parts all within about an hour and my unit is back up and running like new again.
Justin Gonzales was my repair tech. He was super professional, showed up on time, and was clearly an expert on tankless water heater systems. Top notch service at a reasonable price which tough to find anymore.
