Thad and another tech came out to my fatjer in laws that had a broken spigot/handle in the shower, they informed me 100% on the issue, whats needed now and what i will need later. Very professional ,personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for all SD and surrounding areas.

We both understand that this small family owned company may not be the cheapest, but they do they're work with care for the customer and it is worth it. They truly serve all of San Diego and Jesus.

We have an older house built back in the 1960s and sometimes a little maintenance work needs to be done. Recently we had a problem with a leaky shower valve that needed attention. They came right out and had the washer kit for that valve on their truck with them. Thad came right in, fixed it, and was out the door in under an hour. Of course, I was pretty happy with that. Thanks guys !!!!!!!

Brent was GREAT! I had a blocked toilet and even though the faster, easier, more expensive way is what most plumbers would have done, Brent just kept at it -- tried over and over again -- and finally got the plastic thing out of there!! He did a great job! Highly recommend him and TLC Plumbing to everyone. :)

I have had many plumbing job's done by TLC Plumbing, INC. They include a water heater replacement, 2 separate broken sewer line repair's, a total re-pipe, a complete bathroom remodel, and occasional drain cleaning. In every case, we received top quality material's, knowledge and many year's of experience. I simply won't use any other company!

Thad the owner and his employee did an awesome, very clean, professional job! I had my washer on a different wall than my dryer and he needed to cap off the old gas line and put a new gas line on the the other wall, a new vent and ductwork, cleaned up all the crazy plumbing done in the 1950's and hid it all on the wall behind the washer and dryer so now I'm not looking at 3 different pipes. He also took off an old piece of wood, patched it nicely to match the stucco and re attached the sagging sink so now it doesn't move even if you try. They cleaned up afterward, caulked all the areas needing it. These guys are legit. They are the ones to call if you need the job done right the first time and it needs to work and look PERFECT! My garage looks so much bigger now that the washer and dryer are side by side, I gained so much more space and don't need to squeeze between to machines to get to my exit door. AWESOME!!!

Larry did a thorough job on the leak I had. He explained everything he was doing and why, also showed me the the old supply lines which were crumbling. The job was done quickly and neatly. Also gave us options for another bathroom fix we are hoping to do soon. Very happy with the service!

Had a great experience with Manny. He was extremely professional, skilled, communicative and prompt. Very happy with the work he performed on our water heater and the attitude with which he did it. Highly recommend him. It’s tough to find a good, reliable plumber. Manny is it.

Don't believe all the great press. It is probably friends. As a property manager, I called them up to install a shut of valve for a building and/or fix an existing leak in the sprinkler system. The gardener swore that there wasn't a separate water shut off valve for the sprinkler system and the building. So I called TLC Plumbing to save the day. They charged $945 to replace a couple of valves. The also charge a $60 fee just to come out and look which of course, was included in the $945. HA HA HA No mention was made concerning billing. I assumed that they would send a bill by email or mail and I would pay. When the job was done, the worker demanded that I pay immediately with cash or credit card. I refused and told them to send me an invoice by email and I would send them a check today. He called back again and said they couldn't do that. I didn't have credit with them and he wanted to drive to my office to pick up a check. I told him I work out of my home and he was not coming to my home and to email the invoice to me and I would pay it. How unprofessional these people are is incredible. Oh and I still haven't received the invoice. They are overpriced and unprofessional. I don't know the quality of their work yet. I will add an additional comment after a few weeks when I know if they even fixed the problem.They seem desperate for work.

TLC Plumbing has taken care of my plumbing needs for 13 years. I am most impressed with their obvious concern for quality work. Each employee that has come to our home has been respectful and well trained. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need!

Danny came out on a weekend and bailed me out of a tight spot. He was very helpful and quick with his repairs. He also advised me on a couple of things that didn't look quite right with the plumbing. I appreciated his openness about sharing his knowledge. I will definitely be called TLC for future projects or emergencies.

I will call no other service but TLC! Kevin was our plumber and he was very professional and friendly. He got the job done . Larry also came out and he too was very good. Kevin was here quickly after I called. Great job TLC! Robyn

I appreciate the friendliness, the honesty, and the professionalism. The genuine concern I had for my elderly parents and the need to work through me was most appreciated! Waited 3 days for a callback for a failed water heater, never heard from them. I assume they went out of business.

On time, professional and job completed within 2 hours . Francisco Martinez was our service representative and did a fantastic job!

I called for service and got in contact with Thomas Boscacci who was very kind, polite, and professional. His service was very efficient, he provided excellent customer care, and his work was clean. I felt like I got a good deal on my tank replacement and overall could not be happier. Genuinely recommend the company, and specifically Thomas because he did a great job.
