Water Heaters Only really impressed me with their service today. I had never heard of them before, but contacted them when my water heater failed. I got a quick appointment for a next-day estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable and included all code-required equipment, permit fees, and a top-notch American Standard water heater. Their installer, Justin G was outstanding. Very friendly, efficient, experienced and he came to work, completing the install in under two hours. I would recommend this company - and Justin! - to anyone who needs a new water heater. I feel confident I got an excellent product, expertly installed, and at a very fair price: 100% satisfied.

Our 20+ year old water heater died, and my wife was not happy about cold showers. I contacted Water Heaters Only at 9:00 pm, and they were here the next morning at 10:45 am with a new water heater and had it installed by 1:30 that afternoon. Everyone got to take hot showers that night. Thomas was very personable and he got the job done quickly. His work looks great. I couldn't have been happier.

I recently had the pilot light thermal sensor fail on my water heater. After getting an repair estimate of $500 from another service provider - yeah $500 to replace a $70 dollar part that takes 15 minutes - I called these guys. I found out that my unit was nearly 30 years old and as a result had some cide deficiencies. Damien came out, gave me very detailed estimate for all, gave me a very competitive price and then completed installation of the new unit in a few hours. Highly recommend.

Justin efficiently installed a 50-gal electric hot water heater, using original circ pump. He answered all of our questions regarding the installation and use of the quick disconnect. Very personable and friendly tech, leaving no mess behind and removing our old gas hot water heater.

I am very happy with the replacement of my gas water heater by Water Heaters Only. Thomas is a great plumber, he did an excellent job. He was very meticulous, took his time and was careful and thorough. He was also extremely clean. My water heater is located inside my house , he made sure to put down drop clothes covering my floors and used boot covers every time he walked in my house. He detected a gas leak at my gas meter, something that another plumber who had been there a few days earlier did not! Thomas instructed me to phone SDG&E to have them come out. I called SDG&E, a tech came out, confirmed the leak, and replaced the gas meter. I’m so thankful Thomas discovered the leak. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only, and especially Thomas.

I noticed my my pilot light went out. I wasn't sure if there were more issues and called Water Heaters Only San Diego. Mr. Paul answered the phone and walked me through how to reignite the pilot light and even stayed on the entire call with me when I had to press down the button for two minutes. The burner came on right after. Mr. Paul could have just sent the technician out here and charged me. Instead, he's so kind, patience, and most importantly, honest! I will be calling Mr. Paul at Water Heaters Only San Diego next time I need my water heater serviced. It's hard to find an honest and compassionate company nowadays who won't exploit your vulnerability for profit. Water Heaters Only San Diego deserves all the business they can get and let's support them!

There would never be enough stars to accurately describe my experience with this business. I was quoted $6,320 for a water heater replacement by one of the “big guys” who spend crazy money on advertising (billboards, TV ads, mailers, white gloves…etc). I called Water Heaters Only for a quick sanity check and ballpark estimate for how much they would charge. I talked to Alex who gave me all the info I needed to know I was getting taken for a ride by the other company. They scheduled me next day.

Justin G. pulled up, walked me through the scope of work, what needed to be done to be updated to be code compliant, and gave me a straightforward estimate in the exact ballpark quoted to me over the phone. Better yet, he had everything in the truck to get to work right away, no sales team upselling me and scheduling the work for later. Justin worked quickly, kept me updated every step of the way, and talked me through the functions of the new heater and everything I needed to know. Justin is the only one I would ever call if something goes wrong again.

Our 22.5-year-old water heater needed to be replaced, and I reached out to Water Heaters Only. Thomas B. was the plumber who gave us an estimate and performed the installation. It ended up being more than the phone estimate, but it was worth it, and I think it will save us money in the long run. This is one of those times that you get what you pay for. We did the same thing 22.5 years ago and are happy with our choices today.

Thomas B. was personable, competent, and did excellent work that didn’t cut any corners. He takes pride in his work and clearly communicates your options and reasons why they may be advantageous. He left the space better than he found it and tidied up before he left.

My husband and I are “Toyota-type” consumers. We want something reliable, built to last, and that won’t cause any headaches. This wasn’t the cheapest bid, and it wasn’t the most expensive, but I do think it will prove to be the best.

Water heater broke down Saturday my landlord called and they were able to come next day Sunday, I did not expect that. Francisco did a great job it was little harder for install cause water heater was outside in patio in a small cabinet. I would definitely recommend them!

My old gas water heater of 18 years started to leak, so I started calling around for quotes for a new/replacement one. Several quotes were in the same ballpark (+/- $100) so I decided to go with Water Heaters Only, as they had the best ratings on both Google and Yelp. The entire process with them was great; very friendly on the phone, and they were able to get a technician scheduled for me with 2 days. Their plumber, Thomas B., was outstanding!
