Five stars. I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Heating and Air. Alex was the one who helped me realize I was being price gouged by another company that wanted to overcharge me for an AC leak repair. He took the time to come back out, put together a new quote that was significantly cheaper, and got me scheduled right away. No runaround, no games, just honest service.
The repair team that came out was professional, very polite, and did an excellent job. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

Ryan came to provide Professional Advise regarding A/C - Heating replacement for a very old existing system. I learned a lot from Ryan, he is very well informed, lots of experience and he explained everything in a very understandable way. I highly recommend Ryan and the company he represents. An A1 person is definitely backed by a equally great company. My review is about the evaluation work, will add feedback after deciding to go ahead with HVAC recommendation replacement.

We had some mold spots on our bathroom ceiling, and I was worried it was coming from the ventilation. Aaron performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found that the moisture wasn't being pulled out correctly because of a dust blockage. He cleaned the entire line and used a mold-inhibiting treatment to prevent any future issues. He also performed an air duct cleaning on the rest of the floor to make sure the air quality was consistent. The bathroom is much drier now, and the spots haven't come back. He was a very thorough and professional technician.
