Mitch did a wonderful job installing our new condenser, coils, and furnace. We got quotes from seven local companies and Polar Tech was the one that we felt had the most competitive price in combination with knowledge and professionalism. We loved the fact that they are truly a small business and that there was not a pressure filled sales pitch. The city inspector even complimented the work that Mitch did. We definitely will be reaching out to Polar Tech for our future HVAC needs.

So grateful to have found this company! Mitch is very knowledgeable, kind and really spends time to diagnose and explain any HVAC issue. I highly recommend him and his company! His prices are reasonable and his service and communication are all top notch!

Mitch is amazing!! We have a home warranty company since we made bed here in 2001. Never an issue until 2018 when we had issue with ac. Had warranty company out for 3 weeks kept giving us the run around. Finally told us they would not cover issue we were having ( they didn’t even put the parts back together) but said they could fix it for $1400. We were leaving on vacation a couple days later daughter was staying at our house to watch the dogs. Labor Day weekend us no time to not gave ac. Contacted Mitch her came over after his last customer. He fixed the issue for 1/4 of the other company. Mitch is our go to guy. We’ve had him few

Had AC problems for years and always got the runaround.. Spoke with Brendon, and he sent out a great, friendly technician who arrived on time. He found a refrigerant leak right away, and repaired it within just a couple hours.
Now the AC runs great-just in time for the heat wave. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

After almost a year of searching high and low throughout LA for a reputable HVAC company, I finally was tipped off to MBA Mechanical. The fact that it took word of mouth for me to hear about them is a shame as it just goes to show that those who have the advertising money from their Private Equity groups can simply flood the internet to ensure the little guy cant even be seen. I write this review to try and increase their reach as I am so happy I found Brendon and the crew.

First of all, the quality of the work was top notch, the professionalism and kind heart of every single person who came in to our home was above and beyond expectation. The staff in the office was responsive to my questions and helped me get this project approved by my HOA in a short couple of days. I signed paperwork on Monday and they were here on Wednesday with a crane and their crew to install the new unit. They worked with me and respected my wishes, they didn't push anything i didn't want, and the price was actually great!

I came away from working with these guys as a friend and truth be told I wouldn't mind if something ever went out, as Id get the opportunity to hang out with them again. I know nothing will go wrong as everything was checked, double checked, triple checked and you can tell everyone was doing their work as if my home was their home. I truly wish I could be a partner in this company and expand their reach as they are truly the only option to go with. I looked at Costco and a bunch of Google'd options online, and no one came close to the value I received.

Take my word as a man of faith, the folks at MBA will go above and beyond for you and you will not stress out. I wish them the best of luck and hope they are seen by all far and wide. Give them a call, you wont regret it.

We had our furnace die just before Thanksgiving. MBA Mechanical fortunately came out quickly and on time. They assessed our condenser and furnace and determined both needed replacement due to the age of our system of 20+ years. They offered us various options at cost effective pricing and they were very professional in all departments: from sales all the way thru installation. Also their install team answered any questions I had during the install process. This is a family run Company that really takes care of their customers. I cannot say enough positive things about MBA and how well they took care of us. I highly recommend MBA Mechanical for anyone’s residential or commercial furnace/air conditioning needs.

Called a very well rated local vendor and got a quote to replace 1 $100 controller board for 1500, after a cheap initial visit fee.
I called MBA mechanical after I saw them leaving our building one day (nice truck!), and it turns out they had originally installed my unit!
They found that the part was still under warranty, and did the work for a very reasonable amount of labor cost, and rapidly. They seem to be the exception to the rule, they can do it fast, they can do it well, and they can do it at a reasonable cost.
The communication was great the entire time, even when the part they had ordered arrived wrong. I recommend this business for anybody who's dealing with an air conditioning or heating issue. Thanks MBA MECHANICAL:))
