The technicians arrived every morning as planned and started working the minute we let them in to do their business! They were well prepared and didn’t hesitate. Get out of the way! these guys are running full steam! Cleaned up everyday at the end of day and finished the job ahead of schedule.
The guys were awesome and I highly recommend them for any and all A/C or Heating needs.

Our two-story house is built into a hill, with vaulted ceilings upstairs. It gets very hot upstairs where the kitchen, main living area and three bedrooms are. It stays cooler downstairs where there is a family room and another bedroom. Our adult son saw Mike and his crew install a mini split AC one day and was very impressed with his work, attention to detail and the way they created the cleanest look possible.

We had a 15-year old air conditioner that was not energy efficient and hardly cooled the upstairs at all while freezing the downstairs. While I need AC for medical reasons, my husband prefers to be warm and cannot tolerate the slightest breeze. After explaining this to Mike, he and his crew nailed it! They installed a 5-head 4.5 ton DAIKIN mini split AC. We are now much more comfortable and can cool each room individually rather than the whole house, which always seemed wasteful. We also had them install a whole house fan which really helps to get the heat out of the house. I find I actually do not dread the hot days of summer any more.

Mike and his team removed all the old ducting and hauled it away. I was shocked to learn how filthy and dusty it was. He assured me the air we breathe in this house will be much cleaner now.

Overall this was a very positive experience for us. We highly recommend Tetra to anyone who is looking for a clean, efficient HVAC system installed by trustworthy, considerate people. Our only regret is that we didn't do this years ago!

I hired Kent because I thought we were friends, plus we interacted in a professional group setting, but all told after part of my new AC was installed, he bailed. Wouldn’t answer calls or respond to texts. Left my heater not hooked up, plus we found out later when water started pouring in that he left the vent cap on the roof off of my heating unit. Additionally, he left even more unfinished after not installing the new ducts we ordered. I tried relentlessly to reach him to fix these issues, but like I said he ghosted me like a bitter ex. I was sorry it ended up like this, but he had many chances to fix it and chose silence.

The entire process was extremely professional, from the initial proposal through to completion.I found everyone I dealt with including the field technicians to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. In my experience, it is rare to find this consistent level of service and quality.

He came by and helped us fix a sensor error message in our Carrier thermostat. He was prompt and courteous. He is the type of person that wants to help and solve problems.

Ocean coast was quick to send someone to my home, the tech came out and was able to find a burnt fuse caused my thermostat to go blank.. I was so grateful that I wasn’t needing to get a whole new unit. (According to other co.) so thank you!! I will recommend you in the furtue to friends and family.

They installed a new tankless water heater for us. We want to thank them for their professional, courteous service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these services. The company gives you great advice on what services would work best with you.

Javier is a true professional! After making repairs, he gave me advice on how to make my older AC unit last longer. I will be using Affordable Heat & Air from now on. The office personnel are great, too.

I googled a booked a same day appointment.
I felt confident in their services and my home will be cool for the summer . Jeremy was fast and explained to everything . I was told I needed a new Compressor which went out from the original AC installation, I also got a 5 year warranty so that is amazing . I will definitely use and refer them for all my heating and AC needs

Communicative and efficient, took detailed pics of all the work. Juan and Angel fixed a motor and installed UV air duct purifiers and serviced all 3 furnaces. Took care to protect floor from ladder, wore booties, cleared up any dirt. Highly recommend!
