This was my third estimate, and this guy spent the longest explaining to me what he did. This was the third company I've gotten an estimate from and he spent the most time explaining things to me. The experience has been nothing but positive!

Vincent, the tech, was prompt and did an amazing job fixing my water heater issue quickly and on the coldest day in the year (3degF). He provided professional service. We would definitely use the service again.

Stanley was a delight to work with. Friendly and professional. He was honest and open throughout the process. Although the cost was astronomical, I thought he did an excellent job. I'm glad that I called this company because the first one I called wanted me to fix something, a motherboard, which wasn't broken at all (consumers' worst nightmare). Stanley is honest and great at what he does.

Thanh Le came to my house today to check out the a/c. He checked both the outside compressor and air handler. He is a very personable and knowledgeable man. His recommendations are reasonable. Was not trying to push any sales, which was appreciated. This brand-new company will be my first choice when I need it and I highly recommend that you do the same. It's nice to know that for once, people won't be "ripped off".

Today I had my old AC replaced. The guys arrived on time, and had the unit installed within a couple of hours. The workers explained every step as they worked. I appreciated that. It feels much cooler now, and super quiet. The installation was quick. Call these guys if you're looking for a quick and easy AC installation.

I had a few a/c companies give me quotes to replace my two split system units. After receiving quotes from the first three companies for almost $30k each, I assumed I would be able only to replace one unit. Tom said that he would do both systems at a price of just over half! He kept his promise and got the job done in one day! Thanks Tom!! !

Joshua is our technician. A different company told us our AC was nearing its end. This young man showed up with a large backpack of tools in order to perform diagnostics and troubleshoot. No need to go back and forth for every tool!
He checked everything, including the duct in my attic. He reset my temperature for me. He was able to give me peace of mine by listening and doing the job completely. Joshua, I appreciate you doing your job well.

Rob is a fantastic person. He was extremely professional, found my issue quickly and I was out in no time. Prices are reasonable, and their maintenance program is exactly what I require yearly. I will use them 100% while i live in St. Louis. Also, they were able get me an appt very quickly. Starting to finish, I am very satisfied.

Great customer service. This company is the one I recommend to anyone who owns their home. The employee helped me with my home Repairs and was extremely knowledgeable. My water heater and AC HVAC system were replaced. Communication is exceptional.

I believe that professionals should be compensated fairly for the time and expertise they provide. I believe quality work is worth compensation. I was initially surprised at the cost. The owner personally reached me to discuss my concerns and I appreciated how professional, courteous, and solution-oriented the conversation was.

Bradley arrived after hours, after our air conditioner stopped working and it was over 100 degrees outside. The prices are very reasonable compared to the other HVAC companies I called. My tech was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I trusted him completely. I knew that he wouldn't overcharge me or rip me off. It's hard to find technicians who have integrity. He is amazing! I cannot say enough about him. Call these people! UPDATE*** I have opted in for their biannual service after having such a great experience with this company. Jorge was also my technician today and he too was amazing! Mary, the lady in the office, is also fantastic. This place is perfect.

On a Sunday before Labor Day, my AC unit stopped working. Richie was quick to return my call after I had left him a message. He didn't charge me extra for Labor Day ($85 service call), and he checked not only my AC system, but also my furnace and water heater. He fixed my AC, and it is running well. The service was excellent and the expertise exceptional at a very reasonable price. If I could, I would give more than five stars!

Seriously the best service ever! I called today when my AC went out and Sarko squeezed me in between appts and arrived within 20 minutes! He found the issue within 5 minutes, replaced the part and had the AC working faster than I could ever believe. Sarko is such a sweet and trusting guy. Service was extremely affordable as well.
