When I called this company a young lady answered the phone with a very kind voice. She got me in the next day . The young man that came out to our home was kind and went right to work. With in 30 mins. He had fixed the issue and made sure everything else was working great. Also the amount that we paid was not as much as we thought it was going to be. Gatewood Heating & Air is 10 out of 10 company. Thank you you so much.

We highly recommend Gatewood Heating and Air. We have worked with a couple of local HVAC companies to both install and service mini-splits in our shop, and Gatewood has provided superior service. Jason and Russell were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. McKenzie in the office has been highly professional, proactive, friendly and provides excellent customer service. Everyone we encountered made us feel valued as a customer.

Great service!! Called Melissa first thing in the morning. She scheduled a service call for the same day. Russell showed up and diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck. Back up and running in less then 20 minutes! Old school response and customer service!

Heating system started making strange noises.
Gatewood arrived, diagnosed problem quickly. Ordered part which arrived today. Returned in afternoon & heater is repaired and working again!!!

Jason thoroughly analyzed a furnace problem at our rental property, and was able to fix it by cleaning the burners instead of the expensive valve replacement I was expecting. He also did a similar cleaning on a second furnace, and carefully checked it to be sure it was operating correctly. I can now sleep better knowing that our tenants will have reliable heat for the cold days ahead!

I've used Gatewood for both installation and repair work and they have always done good work at a reasonable price.

They were excellent with communicating from beginning to end. Gatewood was prompt when offering an estimate and their numbers where very competitive. They were creative in developing the most efficient use of A/C and heat and were very patient as I stumbled through making decisions. Installation was seamless and very professional. Efficient, thorough workmen installed new HVAC system on the date set and on time. Steve & Tyler carefully removed the old furnace from an awkward position, disposed of the old components, and neatly replaced them with an upgraded unit. I highly recommend them and Gatewood for their professionalism and communication skills.

Russell got us set up with the appropriate HVAC system, he is very knowledgeable and was patient with our many questions. Troy and Ryan installed it in a couple of days. They did a great job, friendly and helpful, took the time to show us how the (complementary) smart thermostat worked.

It was a warranty repair, the HVAC heat exchanger failed and was under warranty. Gatewood took care of our HVAC problem with out a hitch, and we couldn’t be happier. We are so grateful to have such a dependable company to take care of our HVAC needs.
