We had Justin come out to do the yearly service on our equipment. I had to take him to some of the locations as they are spread out across Groveland. I was able to spend quite a bit of time with him and got to observe his work. I can say is he was amazingly thorough and very professional. I do not think we have ever had someone do such a great job for us. We will be using Comphel Heating and air only going forward.

Chad came out and diagnosed our ac problem. He changed out a part the same day, for a reasonable charge. He recommended our ductwork be replaced as we had some holes in it and we’re losing cool air under the house. The guys showed up early in the morning a couple of weeks later and had it all completed in about an hour and a half. Grateful for the honest, affordable, service this company offers. Hoping to have them back to get our heating system tuned up for winter.

Justin was on time and installed the fan quickly and efficiently. After he exited the attic, my wife asked Justin to set the fan to auto turn on at a certain temperature. Without hesitation and a smile he retrieved his ladder and made the adjustment. Justin is a very personable, knowledgeable and competent technician. The fan installation is perfect, done in most acceptable time and the area was left spotless. Justin has also serviced our HVAC in the same manner. He also took the time to check the thermostat and made sure we understood how it operated and how we should manage the thermostat.

Justin is an honorable man and a great technician. Comphel is lucky to have him as an employee. I have NOT a single reservation using Justin and Comphel.

I'm an Arnold resident who ordered a fall furnace maintenance inspection and tune-up from Comphel Heating last week. The service manager, Justin, was knowledgeable and skilled at inspecting and diagnosing the status of my Payne furnace. He informed me of numerous furnace maintenance and performance aspects, past, present, and future. I was extremely appreciative of how he provided the service I’d requested.

If you’re wanting a mini-split heating and air conditioning system, Comphel is the company to go with. Chad the owner, is wonderful, helpful, responsive, and flexible in finding a system and pricing that works for you. He and his team arrived when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. The installation crew was friendly, professional, and they worked clean. I am picky and made sure they were aware of that before the install. I couldn’t be more pleased at how the work was completed aesthetically. There are many options to choose from regarding a company to go with, but I would highly recommend Chad and his Comphel team, you can be at peace with that decision, and you will be very pleased.

I want to share what a remarkable experience my husband and I had with Comphel Air. They were absolutely amazing to work with. They saw to our non-functioning wall heaterimmediately and not only fixed our wall heater, they also took care of our families needs during a very difficult season. AC went out on with renters. 10pm on a Saturday during one of hottest nights of summer? No problem. Justin was prompt in getting out there and communicated what he found and recommendation for next steps on a fix. Katie was great keeping me apprised with timeframe on part ordered/delivered/installed. Quick response/action and clear communication from all throughout, much appreciated.

Justin was excellent. He demonstrated his expertise by replacing the valve and while testing the system, recognized that the motor start capacitor was suspect. He tested the device and confirmed the diagnosis. He then replaced the capacitor. He worked with confidence and efficiency and is a credit to your company.

Justin came out for a service call on my heat pump, and he was dynamite. I'm a home inspector, so I know a decent amount about the trades, and Justin is a true professional with the knowledge to back it up.

House has 5 mini split systems. Justin cleaned and inspected. He was efficient and made sure to not track in debris from outside. I feel much better educated on the system. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Comphel Heating & Air has been incredible to work with. I purchased a very complex, all electric HVAC system for my home in the mountains, from a different company. That was my first mistake. It was nothing short of a nightmare and after over a year of it sometimes not working at all and sometimes not working correctly, I started calling HVAC companies to see who could help. Who wants to turn on the A/C when it's 95 degrees outside and have the heater turn on? I'd had my fill of dealing with the original company that installed it.

From the first time I spoke with Katie at Comphel, I felt confident that they could help. Justin came to the house to go over all of my concerns and immediately got to work. It's taken some time, but they've been there every step of the way and the system is finally working as it should have from day one. I can't thank them enough and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Compel Heating and Air were our choice when we finally did away with our swamp cooler and upgraded to central air. We also decided to replace our central heat at the same time and Comphel handled both installations and removal of our old roof top swamp cooler. All of our servicing for both Bryant heating and cooling systems are done by Comphel and both units have been trouble free and our seasonal maint checkups are scheduled promptly and our service tech Justin is always on time and arrives early during our scheduled service window time slot. Justin is very thorough and does a great job and cleans up after his work and filter changes. Definitely have provided good service for us.
