Comphel was so easy to work with and so helpful to me with a problem I'm having with mice getting into an outdoor heating unit. They even checked to see if the part needed was under warranty and saved me several hundred dollars. Just the best!

Had a tough job in the Arnold area for them and they were fantastic. Tech had to crawl through snow and mud to get to furnace and they were awesome about it. Found the problem, got the part quickly, and fix it. Wow! This company knows their stuff and are good at it. Thank you so much guys. I highly recommend this company. The tech from Comphel was considerate, knowledgeable and exhibited professionalism while repairing our heating unit. Other companies wouldn’t drive up highway 4, failed to return our messages or had other reasons for not accepting the job. Everyone at Comphel was great-including Stephanie who was gracious and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

The owner Chad gave us lots of information when we were taking proposals, and helped us to understand heat pumps. Our installer David was very diligent to get our system installed and working on time despite his installation partner being unavailable. Chad (the owner) did come out to help for a few hours, and the two of them made it happen. We are very happy with our new heat pump installation. We are looking forward to a comfortable summer. For now we are enjoying not having to fire up the wood stove to get our cabin warm unless we want to. The splits are fully able to do the job. Thank you, Chad and David!

40+ year Heat Pump system on our roof had to be replaced. My husband and I received two quotes from local contractors Gatewood was not only less expensive but assured us that.replacements of ducting.which.we were told had to be done by the other company was not.necessary, our duct work was in great shape.
Professional, courteous, even wore booties when entering our home to access our attic.

Some of my air vents had no air flow. It turned out my ducts needed to be replaced. After reading their reviews on Next Door, I called Gatewood. They responded quickly, gave me a reasonable price, asked for a small deposit, got to my job quicker than expected got done in a day, including clean up, and everything worked fine. I would definitely recommend Gatewood.

Called Saturday night because my A/C quit working. Talked to answering service Sunday morning. They had technician reach out to me He was there by 11am and had it fix by 12. Nice and friendly highly recommended company. Btw I called three other companies in the area and it’s Monday and still no call back.

What a great company! We were having problems with our central heater. A company from Ceres told us we need to replace the complete unit. We called Gatewood and Jason came out and found the problem and fixed it. It now, works like a new unit. Jason explained everything he did. He was so nice and very professional. Jason was so helpful in testing that our furnace was safe to use! Very knowledgeable and so kind to come out twice over the weekend.

We are very pleased with the work done by Gatewood HVAC. They were efficient, polite and also respect of our church services. They changed their work schedule to accommodate our use of the Parish Hall over the weekend so we would have AC in the Hall. Even with that disruption to their schedule, the work was completed a full day earlier than planned. I will definitely recommend Gatewood.
