My niece first time homebuyer, single mom . Needed a light switch put in she called four seasons she thought it was a reputable company. They charged her $$375 to put in a single pole light switch. I called and asked them how that was possible. They said it was for Parts and their expertise. I looked it up how much it cost for an electrician to come put a switch in anywhere from $$150-$200 And they charged her $375. That’s ridiculous. Taking advantage of her . They said they’re trusted Business sounds like a bunch of scammers to me

Four seasons heating and air conditioning was recommended to me. I called and it came out the next day,they went over my entire system explained everything to me due to age. It was not repairable and not reliable anymore. The next day I got an estimate to replace the system. It was the best price I’ve had so far we gave the go ahead and the next day the system was installed in one day. Everyone was very helpful. Explained everything couldn’t be more happier with recommend four seasons, heating and air conditioning to everyone.

I want to start off by saying this place is beyond incredible! Elias and his guys are the absolute best. Our air conditioning unit went out in July and we hired this company because of the quick response we received. The guys worked on a weekend to install our new unit and right there we were impressed. Elias called us periodically to check on our system and to see if we had any issues which we didn’t. You will not get any better customer service from anyone else. If you are searching around to hire someone… don’t look any further! You will not be disappointed whatsoever! Thanks again Four Seasons for your excellent service!!

Guy from Russo heating and air conditioning came out to my mom's house today because her furnace was acting up. Very polite and professional people. Got her running in no time. I honestly could not recommend a better company. AAA++++

My AC unit is old and not working correctly. I called Russo’s Heating & Air and with this heat wave they have been very busy. Cathy scheduled me in and Guy and Jr. came to fix the AC unit.
Their professionalism is commendable. Thank you for going above and beyond. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. I really appreciate you taking the time to ensure the AC unit was back to functioning properly.

Earlier this summer, my AC condenser blew up and damaged the entire unit. I received quotes from 6 HVAC companies. My relator recommended Russo's and he was right. The owner, Guy, personally came and inspected the old unit at no charge to see if it was worth repairing and concluded the best course was a full replacement. He even quoted lower than all the other HVAC companies. He gave me time to consider my options and once I made the call, he was able to get the crane and install team on site the next day (good timing too because it was 100 that day). Had everything running by 2pm. The install team was very professional, and even had me come up on the roof to explain everything they had done.

My new unit is very quiet and more efficient than the previous one. My PGE bills were lower this summer vs the previous one. Weeks after install my neighbor asked me if I was still without AC because she could never hear it running!

I recently had Coaches HVAC install a new HVAC system at my property and I thought the service could be better. They didn't install a new thermostat & air filter as agreed. They denied & tried to charge me extra $80 until I told them I had emails from them confirming those. Also, they asked me to pay with check to save them online processing fees, and I did but I forgot & used a check from an account that I closed. I did apologize and processed a new payment immediately but they still charged $50 for a return check. They said that's what the bank charge them but I doubted bank would charge a business that much for a return check. Anyway, don't use them unless your home warranty requires. You can find better companies on Yelp.

We had Stephen come out to fix our AC. He was professional, quick yet thorough, and had a great attitude. He even arrived ahead of schedule. The call center staff was also very polite and provided prompt, accurate updates.

My technician, Stephen Jeffrey was very good and knowledgeable. Where things went wrong is when he didn’t have the gas valve I needed and put one on order. Seems they do not make a propane version anymore. He got back to me quickly with that info and said they’d have to turn things back over to the home warranty company, which after another week of freezing in my house and hearing nothing, I found out had not yet happened. Very disappointed.

Dishonest! They straight up lie to me (I had to write this review). They scheduled an appointment two to three weeks out because "it's busy season." Sure, perhaps that's understandable, but they canceled my appointment the day before because they said the equipment "hasn't arrived yet." However, my home warranty company called to collect money (the day of the appointment) and told me the equipment hadn't even been order yet! What did they do the last 2-3 weeks? They didn't put in a repair order to the home warranty company either, but as an "elective" replacement. I wouldn't deal with them if I wasn't stuck (home warranty selected them). This wasn't the only thing either, but my breaking point. Never again...

I made an air conditioner home warranty service call. Coaches came early on the appointment date. Stephen diagnosed the problem, had a fan motor in his truck and replaced it, then tested the system to be sure it worked properly all within 1.5 hours. System is cooling nicely. Will definitely recommend Coaches for their prompt courteous service.

I am so thankful that Stephen Jeffrey was sent to us from Coaches HVAC!! He is very honest, professional and knowledgeable..not pushy with upselling. And saved us from another company that told us we needed to spend $10K now. The heat and air work perfectly thanks to Stephen!!
We will be signing up for Coaches yearly package too. God blessed us with the right technician and company, we’ll be customers for life!

We have been using Coaches HVAC for a few years to maintain and repair our 44 year old Central Heat/Ac unit and they always did a great job. We recently decided to replace our old unit and upgrade to a new one and they got the job done! They helped us file a claim with our home insurance saving us a ton on money, they were upfront with all costs and helped us choose a good unit. Mike always gave us detailed info every step of the way. The Crew was on time and friendly and they paid attention to detail like laying down drop cloth’s to keep my place clean. I was shocked when the crew had replaced all my duct work and new roof AC/Heat unit all in a matter of a few hours! The system kicks A** and the service was perfect!

Coaches is an excellent company with great technicians who are experienced and honest. We had problems with our heater and getting it to work correctly with the Nest thermostat. Mile came out and was able to fix it in under 30 minutes. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Great work by great people.

I have a home warranty company and the two prior companies we were assigned did not want to go on the roof of our two story house. Coaches was wonderful ! They scheduled with a 2 hour window. Stephen was on time, polite, went on our roof with no complaints and fixed the problem in about an hour. I highly recommend Coaches HVAC, I couldnt have asked for a nicer repairman or better service!

It was a great experience which is why I requested the same person and company that I had before he was polite explained what needed to be done and took care of it. I as so grateful for his service and professionalism. i will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Coaches for A/C service and repair

February 2022--Techs Stephen Jeffery and Aron Ramirez showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my HVAC (indoor attic) air handler issue. They found a burned out air handler motor in our aging Carrier heat pump system. They replaced the motor and the capacitor and got the system running again. We now have heat again for these chilly winter nights. Stephen and Aaron were professional, pleasant and great communicators. Kudos to them. This company is the HVAC service provider for my home warranty company---American Home Shield.

(January 2022) Techs Aron Ramirez and Brandon (trainee) were fast and efficient plus good communicators. They showed up on time and quickly assessed my heat pump compressor status.

Coaches HVAC was assigned through my home warranty to repair my AC. Office staff contact me the following day. They have totally awesome office staff. I spoke to Kirsten and Lexi I was assigned a first technician that came out one month ago said it was a one of my thermostat from one of my three zones thermostats which is on backorder. Called my home warranty to tell them my air conditioner was still not cooling. They did another work order for coaches to come back out to assess my AC. Which I was assigned a second technician his name is Jose Pelaez... Jose P. was a totally awesome technician. He thoroughly checked out my HVAC system found the problem. His finding were two of my Ducts not allowing the air flow which were not allowing the damper to submit the correct airflow for my three zones to control the three thermostats.. Not to mention as I was told by the staff that those duct supplies are also on back order since there is a shortage of parts in California.
Jose P. was totally a professional technician on taking his time to explain the problem with my HVAC AC unit... I highly recommend Coaches HVAC company to do and perform services for your needs of your HVAC system.

Pryole, our tech for this job is just about the friendliest person that has come to my home for install or repairs. He was polite and knowledgeable. The service was completed quickly. I would use them in the future. We also had a phone call from the office to double check things were completed satisfactory right down to his booties on his shoes. AHS set things up and processed the payment before he ever came to the appointment very nice!

I requested AC maintenance service from my home warranty and Coaches staff were prompt in contacting me for an appointment. They sent Jose out who was friendly and helpful in explaining their diamond service program for future maintenance and we will give it a try. Our ac is working great 👍 would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our AC tune up was scheduled through our home warranty company. We are extremely satisfied with the tune up service. Our technician, Pryole, was very friendly, professional & helpful. As he was finishing up the appointment, he gave us some very helpful tips to maximize the longevity of our AC unit.
