Missed a pretty obvious issue (random extra duct open in attic) so had to send out techs multiple times. Always said “we’ll send over the report tonight” and never did - it would take them a week to send a report to home warranty and the report never aligned with what they would tell us verbally. Just exhausting to deal with.

Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

Had a great experience with Coaches HVAC. They went out of their way to help fix the condensation issues we were having

Two years ago our AC unit went out! I am grateful that we had home insurance. Our provider sent us to Coaches HVAC. During the process, we were told it was in our best interest to not only replace our AC, but also our heater… even though there was no problem with out heater. We were skeptical. Eventually we decided to replace the AC and heater. It was the original AC/Heater from a home built in 2006.

At first our heater did not work, but we did not find this out until the following winter season, because everything was replaced going into the summer season. The AC has always been on point and it cooled our home quickly. The brand new AC was amazing! When winter hit, we went to turn on our new heater… and it would not work at all. We checked our warranty and everything had passed. We were so upset.

Instead of reaching out to our insurance, we reached out to Coaches HVAC to fix the system because they put in! This business stands behind its product and their work. I worked directly with one of the owners, who was attentive and understanding. It took a few weeks, but they got everything fine tuned and dialed in. Imagine spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, even though it was covered by insurance, and what you bought did not work. I am so grateful to the employees and the owners. They show-up when they tell you and they were respectful to us and our home. They care about their customer’s peace of mind and their product. If you are looking for a company that does great work, stands behind their product, does what they say, and cares about customer service, then you are done searching! This is it! Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. If you want a reliable company that puts all there customers at the top of the list, you gotta use Coaches ExtraordinAIR you will not be disappointed TRUST ME.

I love coaches. Super fast response time, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. You can actually talk to the tech, and they call you back with answers to your questions. If you have problems, they follow up - they don't leave you hanging. They should be your first call for heating and AC stuff.

The owner of the company contacted us and was incredibly kind and gentle in his response for a review we wrote that did not reflect a current employee, rather a former employee who now works elsewhere.

Our air conditioner broke at 5 pm on a 95 degree day. We didn't have much hope that anyone was going to be able to come take a look at it, much less fix it for quite some time. When we called Advanced Tech they said someone would be out to our house by 8 pm that same night! Not only did he come within an hour of that call, he had the part needed with him to fix it within just a few minutes. Thank you for being so readily available and prepared. Awesome experience!!

We live in the foothills and we have an awful lot of pollen and dust. Every morning I would wake up coughing and sneezing. I knew I needed to have the ductwork cleaned out as it had never been done since the house was built in 2005. Adrian and his coworker came out and did a wonderful job cleaning all of the vents and noticed that one of the vents had some sort of a nest in it. YIKES! Thankfully, no signs of current residents. Apparently the ductwork under the house had collapsed for that one bedroom. . He and his coworker came out a few days later and replaced the ductwork under the house, and he had recommended a thing called the iWave that somehow magically cuts down on dust particles, and gets rid of viruses and bacteria and pollen. It seemed like an excellent idea for me. They installed it and the amount of dust in our house has gone down by probably 90%. I was so pleased with how nice these two guys were and what a good job they did. I have already recommended this company to several other people. Thank you so much for helping with our issues.

I just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge how amazing and professional this company is. Our AC went out and not sure who originally came out but the tech advised us we would need a new system. So of course, doing our due diligence, we got another bid before committing to Advanced Tech Heating and Air. And I am so glad we did! They are always in great communication, step by step, and are such all around great people. We are not from Stockton so when Ryad came back to install our new nest, he hooked us up with a great companies for many other services we were in dire need of. And even after completing our services we are still in contact asking him for recommended services. Thank you to Ryad and his wonderful team!

I will definitely use this company again if necessary. They are local and when I shared my issue with the thermostat they came out straight away. It was either same day or next day. Cameron was the tech and he was very kind and informative. When he left, I didn’t have any questions whatsoever. Thank you Cameron.

Great company! They are very professional. They help us to maintenance the AC and install thermostat just in few minutes. Now we have AC work very well and don’t need to worry about it. We will have schedule another maintenance on October. Highly recommended!!
