AMAZING!!! The customer service by both the office staff, Christina and Anita, always a pleasure to talk to over the phone and the tech guy David is what customer service is all about! Our heater wasn't turning on, I called Advanced Tech 209 and they came out right away and fixed it. David made time to answer all my questions and tell me exactly what and why my unit wasn't working. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience with David who came and serviced our mini split system. Not only was he clean and organized, he spent the time to explain and teach about the process. I recommend this company when you needed HVAC services or repair. They are responsive and professional. David came to check on the heater and was able to identify the issue right away and also provide recommendation. Highly recommended.
Just want to update, I also scheduled for duct cleaning service as well and Adrian and Alejandro are both really efficient and professional. I like the fact that they will call you and provide you their ETA so I can better plan out my day.

David Jr is my Hero... on the hottest day of the week my AC went out... A house full of kids and no relief in site... He came shortly after I called and fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes.He was friendly, personable and professional. I couldn't imagine better service.. I would 💯 highly recommend.. Amazing service I called advanced tech in the morning and they sent a technician out in the afternoon that day, Cameron North No I only found the problem and got my heater running again but also took the time to help install and set up my new thermostat. They are very professional and have a amazing response time. 10/10 would recommend

If you need a new ac or just need a repair don't hesitate to call advanced tech. Our ac broke down and we called this company. They came out on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. It was time to replace our 23 year old ac and iam so glad we did.This company's rates are very reasonable compared to other quotes we got. The owner that came out even put freon in our old ac so we would have an ac till they could put the new one in. It was great because of the hot weather. The techs were wonderful that installed the ac. We love it. Thanks Debbie

Advanced Tech 209 was assigned to my house by American Home Shield. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Shirley, one of the most polite person I spoke with and got appointment next day. Josh came to our house and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I asked Josh if he had all the parts he needed and I was pleasantly surprised that he had all 3 parts needed for the repair. Josh called AHS and got the authorization quickly and the whole job was done in couple of hours. Thank you Advanced Tech 209. Highly Recommended.

I'm sharing a personal experience that taught me a valuable lesson. On December 27, 2023, I called a technician, Joseph, because my heating system wasn't working. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue as a motor blower problem, estimating the cost to be around $650. I agreed to proceed. However, when he checked the parts in his van, he revised the estimate to $800. I still agreed to move forward. But then he called me from the shop, saying the total would be $950. That's when I realized they were being dishonest. The actual issue was a $9 capacitor, not the motor, which cost $95. I felt taken advantage of and canceled the job. I even had another opportunity lined up that would've earned me $3000, but their unprofessionalism lost them my business. For comparison, I later called Bell Bros, explained the situation honestly, and they didn't charge me a dime. Be cautious of fake reviews; in this case, they misled me into hiring these technicians. I have all the records, including voice messages and pictures, to back up my story.

Stay away from these technicians! They took advantage of me with overcharging and dishonest practices. Bell Bros, on the other hand, handled the situation professionally and didn't charge me anything after I explained what happened.

Cesar = HVAC Hero

If you ever wondered what it would be like to have your HVAC system treated like royalty, look no further than Cesar. This guy didn’t just fix my AC — he rehabilitated it. The thing had one foot in the grave before Cesar fixed it. He was on time, friendly, and somehow made HVAC repairs look cool. My house went from “swamp sauna” to “mountain breeze” in no time.

He explained everything clearly, didn’t upsell nonsense, and even my thermostat seems happier now. If you get Cesar, you’re in great hands—just don’t be surprised if your AC starts performing better out of sheer respect.

We called the company on Saturday night as AC quit working suddently. It was probably the worst day of the year you want to go without AC as it was 110 degrees out. Fortunately they were able to schedule us the next day between 8 and 10 pm. At first I was skeptical about the timing and didn't think someone would actually show up. Well Josh showed up and he provided his service and work nicely and professionally. He not only got the work done but was willing to go beyond. We were very pleased with his service. He did not try to sell something expensive and unnecessary. Yet he gave his honest opinions and recommendation based on the facts. We highly recommend Josh to be your future technician if you ever need the service.

Josh Bruce is Awesome and Respectful, he help us to understand why our air conditioning unit wasn’t working and resolved all our air condition problems thank you Josh for all your help. I would definitely recommends Advanced Tech to anyone who needs help.

Ok so my ac quit in July! Of course! I took my time and got multiple estimates from different companies! Learned a ton about hvac! After a bunch of research and speaking with many area companies I went with advanced tech. Josh their sales guy was unbelievable. He explained the entire process. Josh even came around on install day to make sure things were going smooth. Met the owner of the company. He’s been in the business for over 20 years and takes pride in what he does. When you invest this much money into your home you want to make sure you are making the right choice. It is very obvious that advanced tech puts their customers first. Pablo, Alex, and keanu are great. They are professional and they know what they are doing. Some of the hardest working guys I’ve seen. Pablo is super knowledgeable!

I will say their scheduling is a mess.
Lots of miscommunications and frustration but in the end they 100 percent make it right. It’s obvious they don’t want to let their customers down. I am happy with my decision to have my install done by advanced tech and will continue to call them for my hvac needs, which shouldn’t be much since my system is brand new.

If I could leave 10 stars I would—these people are lovely. Good business ethics. Came right away when called. Didn’t charge me anything but the call out fee for a loose wire on the A/C. Very nice people. FANTASTIC

Josh Bruce was amazing! My air conditioning went out yesterday, 5/10/25. My friend sent me his card, I called yesterday evening and he came out today, earlier than expected. He assessed my roof unit and found the problem quickly. He took pictures and spent time explaining the issue so I understood and then just a short time later.....refreshing cold air blowing through the vents. The price was also a blessing! Josh saved us from 90+ degree weather. I'll be continuing with regular service from here on out.

He honestly reminds me of home - where me and my siblings were always excited to learn new things and work on cars with my dad. I see how much he loves his job and in creating new solutions for all equipment!

Ever since I set up services with this company almost a year ago, It’s been amazing. Josh my tech is absolutely Amazing, professional, interpersonal, informative and it feels like family. I set up for twice a year AC service and I asked about solar panel cleaning and he explained everything as well as benefits and pricing. Then today when I was getting my second service for summer he reminded me and I was thinking it was gonna be someone else that has to come and do it but nope Josh handled it all. I was amazed. I googled pricing for solar cleaning and the price was the range and reasonable. He shows the before and after pictures of all the work.
