Great overall job, and I recommend you have coaches do your install, but my job took more back-and-forth than I would have liked.

I had an upgrade job done through coaches and home warranty company. The equipment looks good and works great so far, but I feel like the head office does not communicate well with the installers. For example, the head office designated a style of coil to be used on my job, said they would need to move the furnace and talked about installing an additional plenum box on the air handler intake. The installers arrived and switched the coil style so they didn't need to move the furnace, and did not add the plenum box. It's still a technically okay solution, but it's not what was discussed beforehand. Then, there was a month-long back-and-forth with them and the warranty company about a zoning board and thermostats which were not initially noted as necessary on the job, but were required for the unit to perform as intended (two-stage, two-zone). Thankfully, it all worked out in the end, but it took way too much hassle to accomplish. If I had any advice, it's that they need to do better job walks prior to providing pricing and making agreements. If the installer is finding all these things that can't work and changing plans on-the-fly, then the install team should be going to the work site and validating that what the office is promising is actually practicable prior to proceeding. It wouldn't catch everything, but it would get them a good deal closer to the target.

So the AC croaked at my office and the temp outside is over 100. The situation quickly goes from cool to warm to HOT. Someone recommends Coaches HVAC and we call for help. This was such a good recommendation ! From the person who answered the phone to the tech who diagnosed and fixed the problem, everyone was great. Friendly, professional and considerate. The bill was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they got to us and I'm always happy to pay for great service. Now the office is cool. Thank heaven for Coaches!!

Coaches HVAC was assigned through my home warranty to repair my AC. The office we scheduled with and the tech who came out were so professional and friendly that we called them ourselves to schedule follow up maintenance for our AC. I wish Coaches did repairs/maintenance for all household appliances - I would use them for everything. You can tell they take their business seriously and they have their act together. Simple concepts that are hard to come by these days. Oh, and their prices are totally reasonable too.

Stephen came to save us in trying times without an AC! He was so helpful and very thorough in searching for the problem. He took the time to explain the problem I had, instead of just telling me what to fix and answered every question I had and more. AMAZING, that's all I have to say!

Our AC all the sudden stopped working last night. In desperation, I called a couple of places and left messages on their answering machine at 8 am this morning. In fear that I might not be able to get someone to come to repair our unit, I called Coaches HVAC. Thank goodness that Lexi picked up the phone and scheduled for Stephen to come btw noon and 2 pm. Lexi was very nice and took down my info. A few minutes later, I received a text confirming my appointment. At 12:10, I received a call to let me know that Stephen is on his way and will arrive in an hour. Stephen arrived on time and was very professional, responsive, and nice/kind. He got the problem diagnosed within 30 sec, just by listening and spinning the fan. He measured and checked the capacitor. Sure enough, it was dead. He got our unit up and running within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Coaches for your HVAC needs.

I had my HVAC replaced by Coaches HVAC in the summer of 2022 (barely 6 months ago as of this posting). The A/C was working fine but when I turned on the heater for the first time since installation, it did not work. Not a breeze of warm air coming out of the vents.

The HVAC technician who came over to diagnose the unit found out that the main circuit board needs to be replaced as it is the cause of the heating issue. Fried circuit board on a brand new unit and barely 6 months of use.

It has been almost a week since the technician's diagnostic check and there has been no progress on the replacement part or not even a call from the business office to provide an update. I had to keep on calling the office to get updates and put on hold for a long time. They promise to call me back but again broke it.

This is a brand new unit which I paid almost $20K and paid the Diamond Service package, but I am not getting my money's worth. This place made a lot of promises when selling their products/equipments and services back when I was looking for HVAC replacement. I would have gone to another HVAC business had I known about Coaches failures.

I will NOT recommend this business to any of my friends and family nor to anyone who is looking to replace their HVAC.

We needed A/C service and were assigned Coaches HVAC by our home warranty and could not be more pleased. Stephen arrived and was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to quickly fix the problem and get our house back to cool again. We appreciate great vendors like Coaches and will definitely call them next time!

Called Coaches for a quote, and was a no show on the appointment. I called them up and asked if they were going to show up to the appointment. They stated they tried to call me five times, but did not have a single missed call. Felt like I can not trust them straight off of the bat. Hired another company to take care of my heating and cooling needs.

Our technician, Jose, was great! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had the new part put in in about 10 minutes. Without a doubt we will be using

Im very thankful for Chris and his team for getting the new unit replaced and installed. They are all very professional and get the job done. I definitely recommend them for any AC/Heating issues. Thank you once again.

Chris went out of his way to fit me in sooner than I expected when my a/c went out. Mike came out and did a quick fix. Last year they fixed a shoddy installation from a prior installer. Super friendly, great work, very professional!

Stephen was awesome. He gave us much needed information about our HVAC unit and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed. The service was timely and thoroughly completed on our unit. We would for sure call Coaches Air back in the future for any HVAC needs.

What an amazing experience with Coaches. My AC system went out right before a 3 day streak of 100+ degree days and I was in a panic. My Home Warranty service tried to pair me with a very poorly rated company that I refused and finally offered me the option for coaches. Great reviews made me feel comfortable.

The deserve every star on their ratings and then some. From start to finish my experience was truly exceptional. The office staff was kind compassionate and got me an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. They kept me update through emails and follow up calls for my appointment.

On the day of the appointment I got a notification my tech was on the way and was able to track the arrival. They even got a step above and there is a small bio about your tech so you can get to know them WOW!!

Jose came out and was well within the scheduled time. He was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly diagnosed my issue and got it fixed up and blowing nice cold air again. He even went above and beyond helping me with questions and information and ensuring my thermostat was also set correctly and working well. He answered all my questions and let me know what he was doing as he worked which made me feel very comfortable about the work and diagnoses. He was even able to tell me with 0 pressure about some upgrade programs and rebates in the area that could save me money which these days is a god send.

If I could I would give them 6 stars. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time and will definitely be recommending them to friends, family, and neighbors. Just when you though the Nordstrom customer experience was dead here comes Coaches and shows you have great it can be again.

Spoak to one of the owners since my home warranty would not help, he told me not to worry he would take care of this and get me scheduled In a matter of hours he had me on the schedule and was take care of my heating problem They also sent me a text when the driver was on his way Tech came fixed the problem, and just like that, we had heat! Good news, everyone! Stephen Jeffery is the man for your HVAC problem. When our AC went down the weekend before a heat wave, Coaches HVAC was able to schedule a technician to come in on such short notice. A Mr. Jeffery came in and identified the problem within minutes than set on to fix immediately. We had our AC running again and just in time. Definitely recommend Stephen Jeffery and the team for a professional, courteous, and friendly service. Thank you, Stephen and team!

I would never recommend Coaches They came to diagnose my air conditioning unit a week ago and claimed the entire unit needed to be replaced for a whopping $16,000 or more. I sought a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple capacitor replacement for only $180, including parts and labor. They are incredibly dishonest and overpriced. Beware!

Coaches HVAC provided a shockingly poor service. After they "repaired" my heater, I discovered loose screws and an improperly closed unit. They then tried to pressure me into buying a completely new heater for over $4,000. Fortunately, a different company was able to fix the issue with a simple sensor replacement. Their dishonesty and incompetence are unacceptable.

Stephen came to the house on time and was extremely professional. He fixed our AC and explained the item needing repair. He was sweet to my old dog who hung out with him while he did the work We appreciate you all so much. We signed up for their tune up service and are excited to have them back in 6 months. I've been trying to get my air conditioner fixed by
Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR for over 4 months now. They've sent out multiple technicians, none of whom seemed qualified to repair the unit. After paying over $800, the AC broke again within two days. The owner personally assured me that they would fix the issue at no additional cost, but now they're asking for another $1400. Their lack of responsibility and dishonesty is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

Coaches HVAC was the company chosen by my home warranty service to service my ac unit. During the service the technician noted my capacitor was bad and was going to fail. He was actually surprised it was still working. He instructed me to cal l my home warranty company so a repair work order could be put in. Once I did that, I then called Coaches HVAC to schedule the appointment. I spoke with Chris who was super nice. He told me he was going to have the same technician come back later that afternoon to replace the part. I was expecting an appointment the following week but he explained it was going to get hot and he didn’t want me to be without a/c if the capacitor went out.

Great customer service and going forward I will be sure to request this company for any HVAC needs.
