**Highly recommend! After a different company was a no show, Basem sent someone out right away the same day to fix my AC! I even live over 1 hour away and it was the hottest 112 degree day, but he made sure to take care of me and my son. Jose, the tech was Very knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and good people!

Advanced Tech is one of the most professional companies. I received their quote in minutes. I was contacted by their project coordinator who explained the process and how long it will take to complete. Their technicians came in and replaced my HVAC unit in a matter of an hour. They tested proper functionality, completed signing paperwork. We now have an ICE COLD air conditioner, our house is cooling in a matter of a few minutes.

So we had our ac go out on Saturday when it was around 106. I was terrified we'd have to wait 3-4 days for an appointment. We have animals in the house. I saw their number on Google and rang them. They said they would be here ASAP in the evening sometime. They showed up within the hour. Dude got up on the roof, went to work and replaced a few parts. I could not be more happy and grateful for the service they provided. The tech didn't waste any time. Thank you again

David Jr. is amazing ! Just hire them if you want to do anything with your HVAC or thermostat. David is knowledgeable and knows that to do. He installed smart thermostats in my home after I tried and failed. He inspected, figured out what I did wrong and fixed it up in a matter of minutes. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I rang them at 10:00PM the day before !! Super flexible, accommodating, and skilled. What more do you need ??

After spending many hours and days researching searching and calling HVAC companies in Calaveras county and around I came upon that company, and so glad I gave them a call. Joseph M. was a person to respond and his response was fast as a lightning . Not only hi responded fast , he also visit the house to see what the company has to offer for heating system in the house in Arnold . Moving to Calaveras county from Bay Area you realize that it’s very challenging to find any good service . That company sends its technicians all the way from Stockton to just make free estimate on the next day after receiving a call ! Joseph was professional , punctual, knowledgeable and willing to help , to listen and try to find solution that works for me as a client. We had couple offers already but were still shopping around.. I am glad that we agreed to go with that company and thanks to Joseph M. ‘ persistence and willingness to negotiate the price we got very reasonable quote . The office girls were very pleasant and helpful with offering financial assistance .
I hope our new mini splits system will keep us warm and chilly and we will get any help with future repairs as fast as they respond to any inquiry.

Had tech come out and service my AC unit and asked tech after he did his tasks if anything was needed to be done. He mentioned that my system capacitor is a little low but doesn’t need to be changed right now. I asked him 3 separate times if we needed it and he still said no and the next day got an email of everything done by him and it said that I needed to do my system capacitor changed asap but I informed him that I was going to hold off on it. I called company and talked with owner of business and he said that they can’t make recommendations on things like that and that it does need to be changed asap. Just horrible communication to myself and looking out for the customer who is their whole business. Would never work with them again. Not truthful

No I didn’t tell him I could do this. I asked if I could also clean the air conditioner as well if need be. He said I could do that too if I don’t get a maintenance done to it. So I didn’t tell him I can do it myself. So nice try to get back but not true again.

Also he didn’t recommend to get it changed he said it was fine 3 times. And I did ask him if I could get the part from Lowe’s or Home Depot and he said I could if I wanted to and if said if I could possibly install it if I wanted and he said I could if I wanted too. He never recommended not to buy it from those businesses at all. Just all he said to be careful to not cross wires. So again caught in a lie. And I never asked him to show me how to install it at all either so another lie.

Giving false conversations about what we talked about is just another bad look on your company end/employee.

Service was amazing. I had someone, Cameron, come in to clean the dryer vent which was done quickly and efficiently (not an easy task since it was underneath a 1950 built home). As the Cameron was leaving, I asked about my furnace which has been running 24/7; he figured out what the problem was right away. They’re very knowledgeable about their industry. Update on the furnace, furnace is 50 years old and should’ve been replaced 25 years ago, but somehow still running. They installed the new furnace the same day in under three hours. Highly recommend Advanced Tech 209.

We thought the job was professional and the service person was thorough and helpful. He was punctual, friendly, and did a great job. Plus the tech didn't have the correct size filter with him so he came back later that day and brought one with him and installed it for us! That goes above and beyond. We would highly recommend Advanced Tech Heating & Air and will call them again for any work we need done.

My apartment air ducts hasn’t been cleaned in over 10 years. Decided to go with Advanced Tech 209 because they had a good price compared to the others. They came the next day. The process was quick and easy. Henry did an amazing job and he got the job done in less than 2 hours. The air quality improved a lot in the apartment and there’s less dust now. I’ll definitely go to them again in the future.

Very fair price and Josh and Henry and David were super fast and pleasant to work with. Kept in touch while we worked with our insurance company and then replaced our entire HVAC and installed a new control panel. Even managed to get a crane out to our house in the mountains the same weekend we scheduled the project! Thank you guys! We'll be back for our water heater next! :)

The owner Dave, helped me over the phone late on Thangsgiving night on 2022. He did not charge me for his help, but asked to be considered for future needs. I called him last week for an estimate. Dave and his business partner Basem, met me at my home for a detailed estimate to address my airduct needs. They did not sell me on anything. Just made suggestions on what I needed and how much it would cost. They gave me an honest fair price compared to other estimates I had received and hired them for my job. The Advanced Tech team: Adrian, Nick, Pablo and Thomas were great guests in my home. They were professional and respectful the two day project. They also found a leak in my roof while in my attic replacing my airducts. I called a roofer immediately and fixed the leak before it could have been worse. Thank you AT2 squad. I am now a loyal customer of this small businesss. Please consider this company if you are in need of services they can provide. They are fair, honest and offer great value.

I bought a brand news AC/heating unit, but the heater stopped working twice already in two months time! I only have the unit for 4 months. They are helpful and come to fix it but I should be working since us new! I don’t know if I got a faulty unit!
