Woke up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (Nov 22) to a disturbing noise emanating from our furnace. Called our usual repair service. They were slammed. Called Jim. He was at our house in an hour. Problem was the water pump. He cleaned it to get us through the weekend. Came back today (Nov 28) and installed the new pump. Terrific service, very reasonable prices. Sadly he doesn’t do water heaters (our next big replacement).

We were having trouble with our wall heater, Jim picked up immediately and was able to help us reset it over the phone. Thanks!

From now on, I will recommend them to friends and acquaintances! Jim coordinated everything, chose the optimal time and performed the service without haste, but also without delays. It is nice that the service high-quality. After cleaning, the air conditioner works quietly and efficiently, like new. Thank you for the service! Definitely recommend!

I have always gone to Frank for any freezer problems i have had. Frank always come within the day or 2. also very fair pricing. i’ve had bad experience with other companies so I only go to Frank because I do not feel like I’m getting cheated. I will always go to them and recommend to everyone

Avoid this at all costs - they charged almost 10 times the cost of a part.

Charged $430 to replace a bad capacitor on an A/C unit.

The technician was in and out in 10 minutes - I had already diagnosed the problem and removed the bad capacitor. Still, they charged $180 for labor and $230 for the capacitor - a part that costs at most $25. When I asked why the capacitor had such a high markup, the technician lied saying that only they could buy the part.

A friend had the exact same problem (bad capacitor) on the same day, and a different company charged $230 total.

I won't complain about the quality of the work - after all, they did install the capacitor - but there are other companies that won't lie to your face and grossly overcharge you like this one.

Lesson learned.

Had a HORRIBLE zero star rating experience with this clown. Think I need to put at least one star to give it a rating, but would give zero. I called this company told them about a leak in a pump and if you they could fix it. "Yeah, no problem we can certainly fix that". Then they gave me a two hour time range of when they would come, which is fine except there were no updates in their status, and it wasn't a location I'm at, so had to leave work and wait to meet him. He shows up, uses the bathroom, rushes me around to show him, (it was obvious he had some better job he wanted to get to) I show him the leak and he says "yeah, you have a leak in your pump, call a plumber" then just leaves. Such a waste of time, wasn't even good advice. I called plumbers and they don't fix that, they redirected me to another refrigeration repair technician. THANKS FOR TAKING MY WHOLE AFTERNOON TO COME OUT AND TELL ME WHAT I TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE THAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AND FIX. Hopefully, at least it was a nice bathroom stop for you and where you really wanted to go. Worst part was, it was the owner so there was no one to complain to. Avoid this guy. You're there for his convenience, not the other way around. Horrible, horrible.

Frank has been dependable and easy to work with. He repairs my commercial refrigerators quickly at a fair price.

Furnace technician was in & out in 15 minutes. I paid $400. 1 hour later I discover he did not fix the problem. I called him, he refused to come back out the same day to re-fix the problem, we had an argument, then he told me to just cancel the check. So I called and spoke with the supervisor on duty and told her the scenario and she, "ok, just cancel the check." So I did!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Frank is the best, all the time I have a problem with fridges or ice maker he is the first I call… last repair was something that nobody wanted to do, Everybody was suggesting to buy a new AC but Frank fix it. ciao
