David unfortunately was booked for weeks but took the time to walk me through troubleshooting on the phone, identified the problem and solution - all without ever actually seeing the problem in person. He went above and beyond to help despite his packed schedule and I was able to quickly fix it myself under his guidance. Incredible service, great company.
