I had an excellent experience with this home services business from start to finish. Nate, the service supervisor, was exceptional - providing top-notch guidance every step of the way. The technicians who visited initially were professional and efficient in their attempts to repair my old furnace, and today's replacement job was equally impressive. Their perfect installation was completed quickly, with no damage to my floors or walls. They even took away the old furnace safely.

However, I'm giving them five stars despite some issues with American Home Shield customer service. Unfortunately, they failed to respond to my inquiries about their pricing for the new furnace, leaving me with a substantial bill that's nearly 50% of the purchase price.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience, thanks to Technician Sam H. He's consistently reliable, arriving exactly when he said he would - a 15-minute window is impressive. Sam is extremely polite, professional, and efficient, fixing the issue quickly while providing honest advice. He genuinely went above and beyond. The company's customer service, however, needs improvement - our phone call was unprofessional. If we need to hire again, only Technician Sam will do.

I paid for the diagnostic work upfront by card and he left in his truck. Later, I asked him to reattach covers that required screws, which he promptly completed before departing again.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Gabriel and Same Day Airconditioning. They tackled my long-standing aircon problem on the very same day, which is impressive. The technician, Gabriel, is an expert in his field, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and competence throughout the process. As someone who has had previous positive experiences with their services, I can confidently attest to their expertise, regardless of the age or model of the equipment – they consistently get to the heart of the matter.

We had air duct cleaning scheduled for today. The window they allocated was 12-4, but it's now past 4:30 and I haven't heard a thing from them yet. Despite being present with my phone nearby all day, no one has contacted me. What's more frustrating is that they never provided an estimate, despite knowing our home's square footage - just that they'd show up, estimate the job, and do the work. This lack of communication and planning is infuriating.

This company is a complete scam. They promised same-day service to make a quick buck. The quote for replacing the compressor was outrageously high, considering the brand new OEM unit costs only $1k. Installing a new HVAC system for my tiny 1.5 ton unit was also absurdly priced at $18k. And to top it off, they quoted $500 for installing an accessory booster that should've been a fraction of the cost. The wholesale price of freon is $30, not $230 - it's clear they're engaging in blatant fraud.
