They always have the backflow repair parts I need in stock! Also if I have any questions, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Extremely overpriced. Quoted 5000 for a backflow assembly replacement that was only 2000 with a different company

Other companies are horrible at scheduling/ communication/ and price. BPS are very honest, scheduling is simple, communication is top notch. New backflow on the side of HWY 17, no nearby address just verbal directions and a screenshot? Done, no problem.
Brand new backflow failed? They contact the manufacture and keep you in the loop on the issue and resolution constantly. Family owned and operated business, can't get any better. My first and last choice everytime.

Scheduled full service of my tankless water heater. Seemed to do a good job and repaired an error as well.

It was easy to reach the customer service. Staff and tech are courteous. The tech missed a step to complete the repair but came right back to fix it.
