They had our water heater operating again in no time. The plumber was honest about what needed to be fixed. The service was quick, pleasant, and cheap. Would tell anybody to go there.

The main waterpipe from the street to my house broke. I got quotes from 3 plumbers, and chose MTZ Plumbing based on price and their quick availability (as you can imagine having no water available in your house quickly became a high priority for me).

We had a great experience working with MTZ Plumbing. They were incredibly fast to respond to my request and I was able to set up a time with them right away. Our project was finished quickly and correctly the first time. Covid precautions were followed at all times, making me feel safe to have them in my home. I had a laundry list of plumbing repairs, silicone sealing and new installation to be done. The estimate I received was itemized. The estimate and the scheduling were timely and made to my convenience. The repairs and changes that were not easily visible to me were presented with before and after pictures without my needing to request it. The plumbers were professional, efficient and tidy, carefully cleaning up after themselves as they worked. The prices were quite fair. In sum, I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation.

Had a great first experience of plumbing services with MTZ. Hector came by same-day for clogged pipes and a leaking toilet. He was very transparent with pricing and what he was doing along the way to keep me educated and make informed decisions. Hope that I won't be needing to call him back anytime soon, but will definitely reach back out if any other issues arise in the future!

Hector was a very professional person. He and his apprentice did a very good job on the leak that I had under the sink. The work they did was excellent and clean. I received an estimate, but found out that they had to do more than the estimated work because it was a little more complicated than originally thought, but still only charged me the original estimate. I would not hesitant to use MTZ Plumbing again for the good work and professional experience.

I am so happy that I found MTZ Plumbing. I had an emergency situation with both toilets and showers blocked. MTZ answered my call and listened to the situation thoroughly, and sent Hector the same day. Hector was super professional and knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done correctly. He stayed until 9 pm to finish the clean out, and even cleaned up the toilet and resealed it he toilet joints with silicone. I hope I don’t have drainage problems again, but if I do I will call MTZ first and ask for Hector.

I had an emergency and contacted MTZ Plumbing. They came quickly and fixed my toilet and replaced a pipe. Hector the owner seems young but really knows his stuff, you can see how much experience he has. He told me my pipes are old (yes they have never been replaced since the house was built since 1951). He suggested I do an update. He was not pushy or forceful for me to get it, only suggested it. Really appreciated that he was not like other companies who push the sales. I’m definitely saving for a update on all my pipes, MTZ will be the ones I choosing to do that because I was very happy with their service.

First time a plumber tells me that mainline clog can contact city sewer emergency to fix it for free. Thank you a lot!

Hector is a real pro. He diagnosed the source of the abnormal clicking noise coming from my Takagi tankless water heater. He was meticulous in doing the annual flushing of the tankless, and gave me tips on how best to keep the system in good shape and how to extend its useful life.
He used his trade camera to look into the sewer line and recommended a course of action to prevent future problems. He’s knowledgeable and experienced. He’s going to be go-to pro from now on!

Hector is one of the most knowledgeable and reliable plumbing professionals I have ever met, and I have used this company several times and have had great success with their services. Large jobs adding in new commercial sinks and faucets, laying done new piping and all! As well I had Hector work smaller Jobs. He gives the same speed and professionalism big or small Job. My daughter had a leak from the upstairs condo staining her ceiling. The upstairs tenant’s plumber couldn’t solve the problem. She called MTZ Plumbing Inc. and Hector arrived. He diagnosed the problem as an incorrectly installed wax seal on the toilet, explained the problem to my daughter, and affected the solution quickly and for a fair charge. She suggested I call MTZ

I had what I thought was a mainline clog backing up in the shower. I called MTZ and Angela and gave an estimate over the phone which included a discount for my daughter’s referral and a Senior discount pending inspection.

Tim arrived, assessed the situation as a shower clog rather than my diagnosis of a mainline clog which plagued my house almost annually. Tim’s solution was to run a cable machine down the shower drain and if that didn’t unclog the shower, he would use a larger rooter down the mainline at no additional charge to guarantee a functional shower.

Tim was right in his diagnosis and mainline cleaning was not needed. To add frosting to the cake, the bill was $25 less than expected! For comparison, the “Big Box” Rooter service offered free estimates. When the BB technician arrived, he warned me that their new rates were the highest, with a starting point of $500 plus. Forget it! MTZ completed the job for less than ½ “BB” starting point.

MTZ you are my plumber of choice now: knowledgeable plumbers, clean work, good equipment, fair price, and a break for Senior citizens – way to go MTZ!

Found MTZ Plumbing for a faucet leak. I had to order the hose for the pull out faucet spray separately as it was a Hansgrohe. Once it arrived Angela quickly scheduled me for the next day. Alex is very professional and very thorough. Had him adjust the air gap of the dishwasher as well as the pipe of the garbage disposal. Price is reasonable for a job well done! I highly recommend. Will recommend to my neighbors as well.

We had a clogged drain pretty deep in the pipe. MTZ plumbing where flexible, quick to respond, and able to come almost immediately.
The service person - Alex Cabrera was patient and polite - a nice person. He explained what was going on, how he tries to address it, and how long will it take in details and ultimately did an excellent job fixing the issues. He was careful not to damage anything as he did his work, and left the area very clean.
All and all - very good work and highly recommended.
