Hector from MTZ plumbing was on time, and had clear communication with any questions we had. The work involved with our shower work turned out to be more involved than expected. MTZ put in the effort to do the job correctly even when the process took longer than anticipated. They back up their work . Good response time when we contacted them. When the plumbers are busy , office manager Angela was super helpful with passing information along .
Plumbing work in general can get expensive. Finding a company like MTZ helps with being up front & honest about what’s involved along with straight forward pricing. I would recommend them after seeing how they worked a project- Mike

Alex is a nice and well skilled plumber. He repaired my sink and replaced section of the drainage hose in a timely manner with minimal damage to the back wall under the sink. And mostly importantly, he even helped to seal the opening back for me. Thanks so much Alex for your beautiful work !!! I would certainly consider this plumbing company for my future needs and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

I had to replace my water heater and Tim did an excellent job. Tim was courteous and professional from start to finish. I had to be at work that day but Tim was able to work around my schedule. Tim even meet up with me at Home Depot to do the warranty exchange and was very patient while I was dealing with the uncooperative Home Depot staff/managers. Tim really goes the extra mile for his customer! I will definitely recommend MTZ plumbing to friends and family.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency after hours and Hector was able to show up in about 45 minutes from my call, and he was super easy to communicate with, he clearly explained what he was doing and what was going on, and his rates were entirely reasonable. It was a great experience and I will definitely hire them again!

The MTZ team was quick and communicative -- I called their main number and told them what was going on, then they assigned me a plumber and they were here within the expected time frame, same day.

Hector and Manuel were really helpful -- they had to try a number of things to clear the clog and clean the line but they kept at until it was cleared. And along the way they kept both my and my landlord updated, and flagged a couple of things that they noticed while doing the work.

Would recommend to anyone who needs fast and reliable plumbing work!

My usual plumber was busy so he referred me to MTZ Plumbing. I called and Alex answered right away. I had a water main leak and clogged kitchen sink drain. Alex scheduled me for the next morning.

Alex arrived promptly the next morning and talked through options for repairs, and answered all my questions. He gave me pricing up-front and was open and transparent. He was very patient and easy to talk to.

Once we agreed on what to do, Alex and Anthony got to work and finished everything the same day with minimal interruption to the household. They did a great job. The gave me all new plumbing for the water main assembly, including a Moen Flo meter. It looks much better than the old stuff, and everything is working great now.

I will definitely call them again in the future.

Dependable plumber! I found a water heater leak the day I had to fly out for a 3 week trip. I emailed Hector and he had someone out there the next day to diagnose for me. Walked me through options and quotes over email, and had a replacement unit installed within the week. Can't go wrong with MTZ!

MTZ has fixed my water pressure, installed a new toilet, installed a reverse osmosis system, cleaned my drain and installed the heat pump for my water heater.. Every time they did a fantastic job. they are on time extremely personable, reliable and trustworthy. Hector is am amazing plumber.

We had to replace both our sewer pipe and water line, a very complicated job because they were 50 years old and not to code. Andrew encountered many unexpected problems, such as massive tree roots, the fact that our sewer line sloped up instead of down, and issues with the old city sewer and water connections. I could tell that Andrew was a very skilled professional that took pride in his work. At least three times, he had the opportunity to ignore an issue because the job would pass inspection anyway, but in each case, he fixed it on his own additional time. This was a big job and required two inspections, shutting off water and sewer service one or two times and careful coordination with the water company and our landscape contractor. Andrew made a huge effort to manage all this and minimize our inconvenience. Andrew is also a delightful person to work with.

Andy is professional and responsive. No one likes calling a plumber, but Andy makes the experience much less awful.

Communication was primarily through email, and was fast. We got same day service, and when the problem couldn't be fixed immediately, were scheduled for service 36 hours later. (We had a slowly draining bathroom sink, this was not an emergency, just an inconvenience.) A cancellation moved our service up a day so everything was fixed within 24 hours of calling.

I was contacted quickly after my inquiry and provided very convenient times to estimate the work. Andrew showed up promptly for the estimate and brought everything he needed to complete the job. He told me how long the work would take and we agreed to proceed with the job immediately. He was professional and very informative (I watched) and he explained what he was doing, why and what tools he used. He was very quick and thorough, making sure that each connection was tested before moving on to the others. He accepted a check for payment and provided a receipt along with a 30-day warranty for the work completed.

I could not be happier with the service Andy and his crew provided. Our entire system backed up in a Saturday and I called around that evening and Andy was able and willing to come over within the hour to diagnose. He was knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. He is then confirmed it with a camera sent through the pipes. Work to replace the main line between the house and the street was done within the week for what so far as I could tell by doing some quick research was a reasonable cost. We had a terrific experience with Comet Sewer and Plumbing and we now have go-to plumber.

We needed our frequently-blocked sewer service line diagnosed and dealt with. Andrew replied quickly and inspected the sewer line with a cool hi-res self-leveling camera. A lovely quick chat revealed that Andrew is deeply and uniquely experienced as he had worked in both the US and the U.K for many years.

Andrew and his team replaced the service line on the agreed day even though it was raining. He also managed the city permits and inspections. Having finally found trust worthy plumber, we had Andrew install a water efficient toilet and an up-to-code stand pipe for our washing machine. He also inspected all our plumbing and gave us heads up about work the could be needed in years to come.

Used AI to do some analysis on how much a reasonable sewer repair would cost for a specific style of home, the type of repair, and the relative location of the property. His estimate came in within my estimated parameters. The other two estimates I received from other local plumbers were almost double from what I had anticipated.
