Highly recommend!! I reached out to Nick, the owner, about an issue with my plumbing. I had only lived in my house a week and already couldn't run a shower or load of laundry without a major back up. I explained this and he had his service tech, Jacob, out to my house within 3 hrs (SAME DAY)!! We were showering THAT NIGHT!! Ohhh and the issue...a HUGE root ball was extracted!! Insane!! Will DEFINITELY be using this company for any future repairs/upgrades I will be needing during my renovation. 🚰💯

Amazing experience with Patterson Plumbing getting some roots removed from our plumbing on a same day appointment. Ivan was patient, friendly, and quick to fix the issue. I will definitely use Patterson again next time.

I called Patterson Plumbing on a Saturday morning about a blocked sewer pipe, and left a message. In under an hour Ivan had responded and was at our house. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem; the whole time he was professional and communicated what he was doing and why.

Had our main sewer line clogged and called a plumbing company, they were charging an extreme amount and wanted to remove our toilet! No Thank you! Found Patterson Plumbing on Google, gave them a call and the owner Ivan returned my call within 10 minutes and was at my doorstep within 30 minutes and A LOT CHEAPER then that other company. highly recommended.

Ivan stopped by within 10mins after my call, and gave a thoroughly inspection. He worked and resolved our issue through lunch time in a hot weather. Really appreciate the quick response and great service!

I called Ivan on a Saturday and he was able to come out within 30 minutes and fix the problem (a leak in an outdoor faucet system) on the spot. Very friendly and professional and good quality work! Will definitely call for any future projects.

I found Ivan to be absolutely wonderful.
My pet-sitter took an iphone video of my angst with the lack of hot water in the vanity units in my master bedroom en-suite that I inherited with the house (October 2020) and shared that with him (Ivan is her go-to plumber).
There had been an improvised solution that would put anyone's teeth on edge, first thing in the morning on account of a ridiculously noisy under-sink pump. He was able to diagnose the problem and found an excellent solution within 2 days of seeing that video (to include an inspection and the solution) and all taking into account the esthetics of my Eichler home.
He was prompt, trustworthy, efficient and polite with excellent communication by text (after first inquiring whether I preferred correspondence by text/call or email).
I simply cannot recommend him highly enough!

I would recommend Ivan. We've used his services to replace a cracked valve, and later, redo piping in our laundry room. While replacing a valve, he noticed that the pipe was rusted and proactively replaced that as well. I appreciated that he was looking out for the overall health of the plumbing in addition to fixing the immediate issue.

We had a leaking dishwasher and we needed to remove it from under the counter. Unfortunately, the water cut off valve for the dishwasher under the sink was frozen. I called Patterson Plumbing and Drain for help. In a very short amount of time Ivan was at our house to replace the valve. Ivan quickly replaced the valve. He was very COVID conscience when he arrived and while replacing the valve. I would use his services again in the future.

Patterson Plumbing did an excellent job. I called Patterson Plumbing on Tuesday for a general price idea because another firm quoted me an estimate that seemed very high. His ballpark price was much more reasonable, so I called him back on Wed morning. He was able to replace a toilet flange and set a toilet bowl almost immediately. He was courteous, and easy to communicate with. He was covid-19 appropriate. He assessed the situation, had everything he needed, worked efficiently and neatly, got the job done with me occasionally looking over his shoulder and asking questions (better than a Youtube video for education). I was very pleased with his work and would have happily have him back for any future plumbing needs.

A godsend for an emergency repair we needed on a Saturday morning when another plumbing firm told us our problem wasn't fixable without breaking into our wall. I liked that he was local and said he wouldn't charge us to check it out if our problem wasn't readily fixable. He was prompt, communicated well and most importantly, replaced the broken and stuck/leaking mixet valve on our shower quickly and efficiently at a very good price. Hire this guy!

Looked at all of the awesome reviews and Ivans mission statement about making a difference in people's lives through being a plumber and called to get service on a broken pipe under our mobile home. He was prompt to call back but flat out refused the job. Guess his mission statement was all fluff.
Update...Owner did call back and apologized for not taking job and being short. Indicated he was extremely busy and under stress which I understand. Advised him I would remove the review but cannot find a delete option. It was nice he called back at least for what it is worth. Thx.

Ivan was responsive, courteous & very competent. Called early on a Saturday morning & he was here within 20 minutes & replaced the garbage disposal in no time at all. He is super friendly & was sure to adhere to all Covid practices. We will definitely use him from now on!

I feel lucky to have found Ivan. I left messages with several plumbers in desperation to get my water heater replaced. Luckily Ivan replied first, as he turned out to be faster, nicer and lower cost than the other two that replied to me. He replaced the heater the same day and did a perfect job. We've already decided to ask him for more work on some over due cracked pipe replacement.

I had the main shut-off valve of the house to be replaced. Based on Nextdoor recommendations I called Paterson plumbing. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, based on the description + a photo. Ivan was able to come the next day and he replaced the valve with a state-of-the-art ball valve. He had to cut out a piece of the pipe. The job was done perfectly, despite some complications because of strain of the piping, caused by earth movements.

Ivan is hands-down the best plumber we ever had business with! He will be our plumber of choice for future items.

Of course he wore a mask and followed the Covid protocols.

I had a significant leak under my kitchen sink and I needed a plumber fast. The plumber we've used for 25 years had retired, so I found a few recommendations on the Nextdoor website and called and left voice mails for two of them. After an hour or so with no callback, I called Patterson Plumbing and spoke directly to Ivan who told me he could be out in about a half hour, after he finished up the job he was working on. True to his word, he showed up not long after and quickly determined that the problem was a simple fix that took only a minute. But while he was here, he also happily agreed to do a few small non-urgent jobs that had been pending in my house for a long, long time. The first of those small jobs ended up being more time-consuming than anticipated, but Ivan followed through and got the job done, and then went on and finished the other two without complaint. Our previous, now-retired plumber was good, too, and I liked him fine, but he had a kind of gruff demeanor. But the first thing you notice about Ivan is how friendly and easy to converse with he is. His prices are fair, the work was done well, and I'll definitely call Ivan again next time we need a plumber.

Ivan is a great guy. Good honest plumber are hard to find. He is straight up with you and will let you know if he can do the job or not. His prices may seem high compared to others esp big name companies, but he only needs to come out once for the job. I have used him two separate occasions and he was on time and straight to biz. Spend once and save yourself the headache.

We live in Sunnyvale and have called upon Ivan a couple of times regarding various home plumbing issues. He's prompt, professional, and capable. It's always nice to get a plumbing problem taken care of expertly, and in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

Mom called me today saying that sink drain is clogged in the kitchen. I got a quote right away and Ivan was able to come in within 1 hour.
I had no clue for amount of work that had to be done... i bought my townhouse brand new 8 years ago, but all plumbing under sink was done with cheap plastic and metal clamps that wore out and started to leak through cracks, also food disposal was leaking... i got a call from mom after initial inspection was done and understand that whole disaster needs to be replaced.
