Contacted ATC for work on our AC. Scheduled the appt. a week out and they called the day of to say they would not be coming. Sitting in the heat for another week because of their inability to plan while I wait for a more reliable vendor.

Decent price on labor, sky-high on parts - about what you'd expect from any plumber. I'd have given them 3 stars instead of 2 except that when I called to ask about the high price of parts on my bill I was treated with contempt and flat-out lied to. I pointed out that the parts prices charged were double retail, and was told it's because all the parts they use are made in the United States. I'm not sure which state the town of China is in, but according to the labels on the parts, that's where they were made. I was then berated for daring to be so disrespectful as to question the pricing after the job was done, rather than negotiating the price beforehand. He's right, shame on me for just trusting him to be honest and fair. Caveat emptor.

The afternoon before our son’s graduation from high school and hosting 60 people the next day for a party, we had plumbing problems. We called ATCS and had a very successful and results oriented experience. It turned out to be a complicated plumbing issue and technician did not quit till he had relieved issues. We are eternally grateful and thankful for choosing ATCS for our needs.

They installed a new heater and new exhaust pipe as well as the others above. They were terrific. We had a gas leak and the city red tagged our house. They came the next day and replaced the old fitting.

Unbelievable service, on a Sunday from call to being fixed only 1 hour and 45 minutes! Great employee! I am disabled and really appreciate having my toilets up and running so fast! It was Sunday, so I was surprised at such a reasonable charge!

We had a clogged bathroom (toilet and shower) drain. On a friend’s recommendation, we called Around The Clock. Jose arrived a few hours later, diagnosed the problem (it was not simple, as our plumbing is convoluted from multiple renovations) and solved it in about an hour. And he was very friendly and professional. Definitely would use them again!

Tim replaced our water heater, furnace and installed AC and was very reasonably priced. Around the Clock has worked on many homes in my area so I felt confident in his familiarity with the layout of my home. Tim is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Around the Clock especially for the Blackfield homes in the Gemello neighborhood.

We had a great experience with Around the Clock Service. They were on time for the estimate gave us our options and we pick the right system for us. They were very neat and clean when installing the system. They recommended a water softening system to go along with the Insta hot and it was the best thing we ever did. On a scale from 1 to 10 they are definitely a 10.

Highly unethical business. They want to sell you their stuff which is marked up like 2x. If you bring your own and they say they're ok with this, they either won't install (make excuses) or overcharge to make up the difference. The first time we needed a shower faucet to be installed. The plumber kept saying the one we had didn't fit and kept bringing parts from his truck that just did not fit. He charged for an hour and left. Our friend installed the one we had brought!!

The 2nd time we needed our toilet replaced. We got a top of the line brand toilet for 1/2 the price their plumber had quoted. When the plumber got here, he charged us 2x the installation fee quoted on the phone and charged for more time than he was here. He warned us to buy stuff straight from him next time and said he needed to make up the difference. We would have appreciated it if they were honest up front about the cost and then kept their word.

I recently used Around The Clock to open a sewer drain blockage at my house. The arriving technician was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. With-in minutes of reviewing the sewer layout of the house he went to work, no BS or standing around to add additional costs to the job. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the cost was very fair. I will definitely use their service again.

Tim is the best repairman we've found for A/C, furnace, and plumbing issues. He's particularly good at giving very detailed and easy to understand explanations for what he sees and the work he wants to do. This makes it much easier to trust that he knows his stuff and is doing the right things. He's also very observant and proactive. Last visit, he noticed and trivially fixed something unrelated to the main visit which I was going to ask him about, before I got the chance to bring it up. He's the best! I trust and depend on him.

We used them several times for hvac and plumbing. Prices are 1-2 stars (sky high); work on plumbing is 5 star. Work on hvac 3 stars.
On hvac: they came in several times, misdiagnosed the issue; then finally called the manufacturer. They should have done that day 1. Worst of all, charged us for all
times they came out, so for all their incompetence.
On drainage: all good work.
On fixing a pipe: took them 6 (!) hrs to fix a fracture on the water main coming in the house. Main was made of pvc. And charged $145/hr for it. At $145/hr you fix a broken pipe muuuch faster.
Maybe many plumbers are the same, but I cannot believe that every homeowner around the peninsula can fork out $1000 for a small pipe break!

Easiest repair experience I’ve ever had!

Called our friend Marianne who manages some properties for us over at Hill & Company and asked her who she uses for heating and cooling (Property Managers always have the best people) and she gave me the number for ATC.

This was a little before Noon. By 1 PM Dylan from ATC was at my door and by 2:30 he was done and we were back up and running. The pice was extremely reasonable too! I couldn’t be happier. This was by far the fastest and easiest repair experience I have ever had.

I recently used ATC for some plumbing issues I had and I was very impressed and excited to find someone I can trust. The person who came out was named TJ and he was prompt, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Most of all the price was very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them in the future.!

I had the worst experience with this company. They sent a technician to our house for an estimate for air duct cleaning. The technician was extremely aggressive and pushy, moving my furniture without my consent to find the vents. He forced me to call my husband (who was at work) twice to sell his service. He unscrewed the metal grille on the ceiling and left it hanging while doing all these, and then, while he was measuring the size of the grille, still having it hanging up there, the grille fell on my cabinet top and caused a dent! Then, he was not apologetic by saying it was not his fault!!

I dislike people who fail to take responsibility. I called the company complaining about this, and the company promised $50 for the damage repair. It was not enough, but I was fed up with it and agreed. And you guessed it, the money never came!
