Everyone was professional (Reuben and Connor) and kept me up to date on everything that happened and what the issue was. They were very knowledgeable and open with pricing expectations. I loved that they sent out a second person (Sid) to check to see if there was water damage just in case. They came on time, worked pretty fast on the issue, and cleaned up the area really well afterwards so I definitely recommend and would use again!

Michael was terrific, proficient n professional. He got our main line snaked through the cleanout n had it cleared. He went over everything thoroughly n provided some insights on my plumbing issue, what may have caused it n some proactive measures to avoid future problems.

We had a clog in our drain and we called them out. Ruben came out and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue could be and started right away on snaking the drain. Once he was all done he informed me that the line is now clear and that one of his other techs was going to come out with a scope to check the line. They both were amazing and really helped me out!

Miguel and Brian were awesome! We had a pipe leaking under our old mobile home and Miguel was very transparent and honest about everything along the way. They fixed up a number of things and answered all my questions along the way. Double checked things I asked them to look at as well. They found multiple issues in our old pipes and made sure to take the time to double check their work along the way and nothing ever felt rushed. You could tell Miguel really knows what he’s doing and cares about his work. We really appreciate his honest and hard work. Great knowledgeable plumber and we would request him again in the future if we have to call one out. Thank you Miguel for all you did for us we seriously appreciate it!! Literally ABOVE AND BEYOND 10/10!

Theo was a fantastic technician. He was thorough in finding the problem and explained everything every step of the way. He treated the customer with respect and was clearly knowledgeable of tankless water heaters. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again for my plumbing needs.

I called them for a simple clogged toilet. The tech was great, came and used a drain auger ($40 on Amazon) to fix it in 10 mins. Problem is that they charged me $400!! That's price gouging. While I admit they gave me an invoice before starting, they could have told me when I scheduled the appointment. Clearly they charge these rates for simple toilet clogs so why not be pricing transparent. Hard to wait for 3 hours for them and then send them back because I needed this fixed.

Per the response to the review, I called Pat Swanson who kindly replied to me that he was escalating and a corporate person would call. That person left a message simply stating that their standard prices for toilet repair started at $400 but they couldn't be transparent because it could be higher. Not a useful response at all. Simply put, this shows lack of price transparency and pricing that is outrageous and unfair. Be forewarned when calling this company.

Very quick response. Ivan was professional, personable and got right to the problem and explained everything as he went along. I appreciated that they sent Patrick and Christopher to explain other options and offer to follow up anytime. They did not give a strong up sell which I really appreciated. I was also given a discount for being a past customer. Roto Rooter put their best foot forward today.

Top notch plumbers. I have a really old house with strange leaks and these guys found and fixed it immediately. They were there until it was done and were super professional. I will be calling on them again without a doubt.

These folks are great. As a new home owner, finding good tradespeople and craftsmen can be scary and challenging. United was fast, courteous and so helpful. We called them for a clog that cleared itself, they came out saw everything was ok and said not to worry. We were so greatful

SanS - one of the cool guy I have ever met. I will be a returning customer from now on just because of him. He did the drain cleaning, garbage disposable replacement and toilet wax ring. Ultra efficient, cleaning up the mess after the job was done, made sure there are no leaks, explained, not in a hurry attitude at the same time correct utilization of the time, didn't try to sell me anything - wasn't pushy, did some free inspection, etc etc ..

All in all, you guys should hire more people like SanS, I am super impressed. I would give 10 out of 5 just because of this guy

Called United Plumbing. Got a tex when the person was on the way with a photo of the person! Never had that before. Much appreciated. Person was friendly and calm. Person got right to work. The work was efficiently done. Will need another part so no charges until done.

Totally pro outfit. Had great suggestions and after choosing a new water heater, they installed it perfectly, despite having to wait a bit too long for our old one to drain because of all the sediment. I'll definitely be calling them again for some shower work.

Beck shows up perfectly on time and promptly fixed the problem. While on site, they tried to sell some other services but not pushing at all.

All in all, I will use this company again and recommend to my friends.

Almaz and Alex promptly came and fixed not only our water pressure issue, but also corrected our dishwasher hot water connection. I highly recommend both of them and would call them again for my future plumbing needs.

United's technician arrived on-time to an early morning appointment to inspect a leak on my ceiling water recirculation panel. He diagnosed that the leak was coming from my HVAC component. He concluded that even if he replaced the part, he wouldn't be the proper person to decide whether the HVAC system was still operational.

I appreciated the honesty. His boss mentioned the same thing afterwards on the phone and decided to not charge me for diagnosis.

I would hire this crew again when I have a water and plumbing related incident.

I wanted to install a water filter and softener in my front yard. Sent out project description on 12/30/2023 and got response from United Plumbing within minutes. Tim came over the SAME DAY afternoon and gave an estimate. Very reasonable price. Joe (project manager) called later and the work was scheduled and done on Thursday 1/4 (they could do it even sooner but I did not have time). Work with neatly done by Almaz (sorry if I spelled wrong). Everything was great. Too bad I did not plan well with the irrigation system at the backyard (did not know that before until Tim told me that the softened water is not good for plants) so likely I am going to reach out again in one or two months for my second project - really depends how strong my wife urges / complaints. This is the same review that I posted on Yelp.

They were available and showed up on short-notice to install a toilet valve. The workmanship was great, very professional and very reasonably priced. He finished the work quickly and left the workspace clean after as well. Would definitely recommend

I have had a problem with the faucet in my bathroom for some time. I called United Plumbing this morning and Joy quickly helped me make an appointment with technician Teo. Teo is a very professional person. When he came, I told him the situation and he immediately analyzed the problem and solved the problem that I has been confused about for a long time in less than 5 minutes. I am very grateful to United Pumber for having such highly skilled personnel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

United Plumbing was first to respond to my request for quotes on Yelp to clear a clogged toilet. United contacted my tenant is a timely fashion to schedule appt. United was not able to clear drain bc old toilet needed to be replaced. United did not charge me for the appt. I plan to use them again! Very responsive.
