I only gave three stars because:
The tech Ruben that showed up this morning was absolutely superb. Professional, efficient, proactive, conscientious about my properties appearance.
Although I waited 3 hours till 12:30 am the night before and the tech (not Ruben) never showed and lied to the office and said he showed up and was asked to return the next morning because it was too late (never happened). The lying tech cost them two stars.

Josh at West Valley Branch of Roto-Rooter always provides excellent service. I've been using them for over 5 years whenever I have a blocked pipe. Josh is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to solve the problem. I always ask for him.

Ilia did a great job. Diagnosed and solved, left everything in great shape.

Ruben was incredible! He was on time and had us all fixed up in less than ten minutes. He was professional, explained everything in detail, and punctual. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

The technician cleared the sewer line blockage very efficiently.

He brought his supervisor who scanned the entire line to the lower county sewer line and recommended a liner for a portion of the 70-year old sewer line under our house. Very effective and good recommendation which we are considering.

Both gentlemen were gracious and easy to work with, and very effective.

Horrible service. They came to fix my kitchen sink and quickly did some fix to temporarily make it look good. Next day the issue is back. I called them but they were asking more money to send the technician again. Scammers!!!!!

Very prompt, efficient and honest service. Before calling Roto Rooter I had called another local plumber, they gave me an estimate for $6000 which required 3 days of work. Roto Rooter correctly analyzed the problem as requiring a much smaller fix. Charged me $599 and fixed the issue in 30 mins!

Gilbert was exceptionally professional and guided me through the options to either repair or replace my hot-water heater on a mid Sunday afternoon. Miguel S. was fantastic! Our toilet and bathtub weren't draining on July 3rd, and Roto-Rooter (Tom) sent him out first thing the next day. He was friendly, professional, and explained the problem clearly. So grateful for his help getting our main sewer line flowing again!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. A tech was at the house 40 minutes after i called, the repair was completed fairly quickly (disposal backup / both sinks full of disgusting mess) and the kitchen was cleaned up completely. The tech was very polite and explained the issue clearly. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The technician, Gerardo arrived in the time window that they specified. He is very polite and professional. He worked very efficiently and cleared the sewer line between the house and the street. I would definitely request him in the future.
A second person arrived, I believe his name is Richard. He used a camera to show us what our sewer line look like. We assumed our line was being blocked by a tree root but now it believe it was just things caught in the rusty pipe. Richard explained what he could do to address our rusty pipes and he would send us a quote which we never received versus his off the cuff guesses.

I called service was good they were professional, except the fact the lady on the phone had attitude whenever Id ask for an estimate in the price for a simple clogged toilet. Plumber came in about an hour for a 3 minute job and charged me a total of 469 dollars I dont recommend them because everyone I’ve talked to told me that its not a normal price for a clogged toilet. I encourage you explore your options.

Bryan (technician #6736) arrived within an hour to address my plumbing emergency late at night. He was knowledgeable and professional. He completely fixed it within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and the plumber Miguel went above and beyond getting it fixed. He showed me what the problems were and detailed everything he was doing step by step. He also gave great advice on how to keep it clean and maintained. Miguel was really cool and nice and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Great work!

Had some ongoing issues with our plumbing backing up into our showers. Had a handful of different plumbers come and supposedly fix the issue, but it would just back right up again. Called roto-rooter and they sent Miguel Sanchez over. I was impressed with his knowledge and how thorough of a job he did. Not only did he completely fix our backing up issue, but he inspected the rest of our plumbing and actually found a small leak near our water heater that I’m certain saved us $$ on repairs later on. Would highly recommend root-rooter and Miguel Sanchez
