Great service! JetPipe technician was extremely professional and could diagnose the issue with the our water heater immediately. We used two other companies for diagnostics and their estimates were two times higher than the one we received from Stefan with JetPipe. They fixed it the same day. I will definitely use JetPipe for my future plumbing projects.

I want to share my great experience with Nurik, who fixed a water connection on our water heater Sunday morning.

He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. His experience was obvious as he immediately offered a clear solution. He was also resourceful, handling the trip to Home Depot right away to purchase the necessary parts.

The repair was completed very quickly, and the pricing was fair. Nurik was nice and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he performed a thorough check for leaks before concluding the work.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Nurik for reliable and professional plumbing work.

Had a water filter shutoff valve and hose replaced. The shutoff valve didn’t work after 20 years and wanted steel braided hose installed for peace of mind and to meet housing code.
Tony looked at my pipe and figured out sizing and what work needed to be done. On second visit he installed quickly and no water leak. Shutoff valve works with 90 degree turn now.

Great experience! We needed a valve for the washing machine replaced before Costco could install a new one. These guys answered quickly, came on time. Great communication via text and phone call.i got 2 other quotes that were several hundred dollars more. These guys gave me options- one being cheaper to replace just the gasket or more expensive the entire box. Thank you!!

We were in the market for hot water return line, kitchen sink replacement and RO installation which required additional under cabinet space. We checked with few plumbers in the area most of them didn’t do the one or other job. A couple of them came and gave the quotes, Jet Pipe plumbing was the best one.
The team was professional, accommodating to our needs and timings. Technician we worked with was Nick, he recommended a friend of his for cabinet work who did a good job to make the additional space under the sink by moving the cabinet floor down.
Nick was able to explain the process and answer all my curious questions, concerns and suggestions calmly.
Overall very happy with team and would definitely recommend them.

Had great experience with Jetpipe every step from initial call to completion. Communication was transparent when there were delays, I received updates and proactive calls on delays so I didn’t have to be guessing and wast time “waiting”. This communication and expectation management is superior to experience with others. Nick was wonderful! He arrived on time as expected and was very experienced, professional, and friendly. Our garbage disposal broke so we called up a few plumbers and JetPipe was the quickest response we got. Nick was the plumber that arrived, he assessed the work needed, purchase similar GD unit for us and fixed it all within 2 hours. Great work!

I recently hired JetPipe for a full sewage line replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Alvarado and his two crews were outstanding--knowledgeable, courteous, and hardworking.

Although the city permit took a little longer than expected due to the city staff being busy, JetPipe stayed on top of the process and kept me informed throughout. Once the permit was approved, they completed the job on time and with great care. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. We were lucky to find Stefan with his great crew to fix our bursted main water pipe, which was fully replaced with whole new copper pipes below the ground and finish it nice and clean!

I don’t know the other two guys name who dig out the pipe, that’s some hard work and impressive skills! Respect!

My water heater went out on us. I live in a mobile home. There’s special permits & a process to get a new one installed. Stephen & Eduardo from jet pipe were very professional & skilled at helping me thru this process. They did a great job cleaning out the space too. I’m still waiting for the inspection but I’m sure it’ll pass. It’s a top of line new water heater. I don’t take hot showers for granted. I am very grateful for Jet pipe for giving me a great deal.

Adrian came out to give me a free estimate on the plumbing works needed for a bathroom renovation. He did all pipe installation and fitting for a new shower, sink and toilet. I got Adrian to come back and inspect our water heater pipes and he updated a few pipes to ensure the water flow was up to code. He also replace our water main valve which needs doing. All could say about him is that is he so honest about pricing, responsive and does quality work.

I was gardening and picking at weeds when I accidentally hit the water hose line and water began leaking everywhere. After calling several plumbers who didn’t want to come out because the jobs was to small, I got a hold of Adrian. He cut the damaged pipe out, replaced it while he was having a chat with me about gardening. The process took him 30 minutes. Love how he just got the job done!

My tenants in Mountain View called me to get a plumber to fix the garbage disposal. They said it was make a loud noise and that it was backed up. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing of Sunnyvale - Mountain View, and they had Adrian show within 15 minutes. He got to work and fixed the garbage disposal and also installed a new p-trap. My tenants said the garbage disposal was working well now. They offer such a great service.

I called Mr. Rooter because we found our kitchen with a puddle of water when we got home from work. Our pipe under the sink had started leaking. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone right away, Adrian got here in less than 30minutrs. They quickly checked out what was going on, replaced the pipes under the sink. They even helped mop and clean the puddle under the sink..
They were very friendly and explained what happened. They showed me where to turn off the water in case it ever happened again. I highly recommend them and will definitely call again if I need a plumber.

We had a sewer backup over the weekend and needed help fast. Mr. Rooter was able to send someone out quickly, which was a huge relief. Adrian arrived quickly, cleared the blockage, and got the line flowing again. He also took the time to explain everything clearly, including how installing a cleanout would help prevent future backups from coming into the house and avoid having to remove the toilet if it happens again. Really appreciated the quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend Adrian!
