Ivan is personable and professional. We had our kitchen/washer drain clogged last night and he was able to unclog it within minutes from the roof this morning. There was no mess! He is fast, responsive and exactly on time, would highly recommend.

I had two slow drains in my bathroom sinks. I called Patterson Plumbing in the morning and Ivan came to my home on the same day. Ivan is very professional, honest, and polite. As the owner of the company, Ivan cares about customer satisfaction. He showed up at my front door with his face mask on and he put on shoe covers before coming in to my home without me asking, which is very important to me during this pandemic. The quality of his work is great. My two sinks work as good as new now. Thank you Ivan!

I was researching how to fix my slow kitchen drain and found a video on YouTube of exactly what I was looking for. I was surprised to see that the video was from a local plumber in Sunnyvale. Rather than try to fix it myself I contacted Patterson Plumbing and Drain. I heard from Ivan right away and he was able to be there within a few hours. Ivan is a professional! Highly recommend this plumbing service for being professional, honest, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Ivan, the owner, answered my call promptly. This was a pleasant surprise as I had left messages to a couple of services without a reply before calling Patterson Plumbing. I received a quote quickly after sending a photo of the leaking pipe/faucet. Ivan arrived right on time. Upon a quick discussion, he suggested the proper solutions and updates and quickly got to work. Everything was done within an hour and the work area was completely cleaned up. Very happy with the work and the process.

Ivan came in this morning to fix a clog on my dishwasher drain. Where other service providers could give me an appointment only after 3 days, Ivan said he could be at my place in half an hour. I appreciated his ready availability. He did a thorough job of cleaning the dishwasher drain hose and the one from my sink leading to the sewer. He checked all the joint fixtures and the bottom of my dishwasher for leaks. It was very neat and detail-oriented task. He did it carefully and patiently, step by step. He is going to be my plumber for keeps. Would recommend his services without hesitation.

Ivan came out and helped me figure out what to do about toilets that weren't doing their job and then came back later to install the new ones. He gave great, knowledgeable advice, showed up on time (and quickly!), and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

I’ve found Ivan with his 5 star rating and also he was in Sunnyvale where I lived. Used him in 2021 to install kitchen faucet. He was very personable and quality of work was good. In 2022 I did some remodeling in the master bath and hired him
for installation of toilet and 2 faucet in the new vanity. He is an expert in his work and made this part of the remodeling easy. He also hung 2 large mirrors for me.

Ivan Patterson replied immediately to my call and offered to come to fix my clogged toilet right away, on a late Saturday afternoon. He gave me two quotes, one for an easy fix and one for a more complicated repair. His prices were significantly lower than the other companies I had previously called, so I accepted his bid. He is the owner of the business and he himself shows up everytime , unlike many other plumbing companies that send out one of their plumbers who may or may not be good/licensed.

Ivan installed a brand new kitchen faucet I purchased which I have delayed getting installed. I am glad to have selected him. He is very friendly, courteous and installed the faucet very well. I highly recommend him, and will call him again for any future plumbing needs for my home.

Ivan very kindly worked around my schedule to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He then replaced the faucet cartridge (he was super organized and had a replacement in his van), reinstalled the handle and trim set, caulked around the trim plate and left the shower enclosure cleaner than I think it was when he started working. I highly recommend his services!

We had a slow shower drain. I called Ivan early Saturday morning. He showed 2 hours later and fixed my problem within an hour! Ivan explained possible causes to me, and did a great job to unclog the main sewage. He is very nice and professional. Will definitely recommend.

Ivan is a fabulous plumber! I have had him out to our house recently for four different issues (garbage disposal replacement, leaky sink piping, reseating a toilet with a new wax ring, and going under our house to find and then repair a leaking supply pipe). In all cases, Ivan's work was outstanding and his prices were very reasonable! We couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Ivan did a great job for us installing our drinking water faucet in the master bath, even though it had incorrect dimensions. He came up with a very workable solution to the problem and installed it quickly, as well as cleaning up the water supply lines in that space. We will definitely keep him at the top of our call list for any future plumbing needs.

Had a leak at main water pipe into the house and called Ivan. He responded in 10 minutes on the phone and discussed the issue. Given the seriousness of the problem, he squeezed me into his schedule and showed up later in the same day. Took some effort but he was able to replace a section of the pipe and fixed the problem for good. Very professional and capable, and the price is fair. Ivan will be my go-to plumbing expert moving forward!

Ivan is a real straight arrow. Called me right back and came by within an hour. Gave a very reasonable quote for my leaking toilet and stuck by it. Fixed it quickly and accurately. Never tried to upsell me on unneeded extras. Friendly and communicates well. Even took Apple Pay!

Ivan has done three plumbing jobs for us now over the last 3 years, and he is great to work with. Very responsive, does good work, and is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him, especially given plumbing is not something you want to take a chance on.

Embarrassingly, we had a new bathtub installed quite a while back (many years) that never got fully hooked up to the plumbing. Life just happens 🤷‍♀️
