Called Mr Rooter sunnyvale- mountain view for to clear a sewer line that was constantly clogging up . The plumbers inspected the sewer and offered me a free estimate anda few options to replace the whole thing . They managed the permit side of things and completed the replacement job.

When that didn’t fully resolve the issue, he was honest and explained that adding a cleanout would be the best solution. Throughout the process, Adrian provided clear pricing before moving forward. He worked hard, kept me informed and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I felt confident I was in good hands the entire time. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and would request Adrian for any future plumbing needs.
