Miguel S. did a very thorough job in our home. We needed a few things done, and he took care of them right away. Our clogged tub and sink drains started working normally again! He even gave us some valuable tips on how to prevent the clogs from reoccurring and what to do first if we see them again. In addition, he also checked out and inspected some visible water damage we had in our home, and he gladly called someone to come out and look at it for us. Needed a water heater replaced and Technician Ilia was great! He came for an inspection and determine the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced and got it all done within a few hours.

Ilia was very helpful and professional! Tree roots had grown through part of our pipe and were causing a blockage. Ilia was able to remove the roots and get our line cleared.

Pablo did a great job repairing my hot water heater inlet valve and flex line leaks. I had installed the new heater myself but ran into leak problems that were above my skill level. He fixed the leaks and completed the install to make sure everything was working before he left.

The tech went above an beyond to help us. Very professional and understanding. You could tell he was very experienced and knowledgeable.

Ilia responded to our emergency within 45 minutes and he took care of the backup so quickly, inside our house, and didn't even leave a mess. We were so grateful!

Called them for an emergency of water leak, they showed up same day and fixed it in a professional way. Their work is great. Though the price is high but you get a guaranteed quality service. Pablo is the best!

They will be my first choice in the future:

$950 to remove a toilet and unclog a sewer line about 6 feet out is unreasonable and feels like a rip off. The job takes less than an hour. They normally charge about $350, but lately it seems that technicians start inflated numbers to see if they can get away with it. Not cool. After 20 years of using them, I’m done. btw, someone else completed the same job for $270.

Nuts! I clogged my kitchen sink up cooking on a Sunday afternoon. I called Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber within an hour. Ilia, my plumber did a top rate job unclogging the sink. He was professional, courteous and cleaned up everything.
