I give MTZ plumbing my highest recommendation. Hector, Alex, and their team (Cuit, David) are all top tier. I called MTZ because they were local to Sunnyvale and highly rated. One of our showers had almost zero water pressure. Under house inspection (video) indicated some sewer leaks as well. Hector worked with us and provided several options so that I could assess vs. our budget. MTZ communication is the best that I have experienced. On-time appointments that worked with our schedule and accurate estimates. Hector was so good that we also chose to have several faucets and fittings replaced. Now we have great water pressure, no under house leaks, and new fixtures. I'm very happy to have a professional and trustworthy plumber so that I don't have to do plumbing!

Based on Yelp reviews, I reached out to MTZ on Dec. 30 for a minor plumbing issue (low water pressure in my bathroom sink). Honestly, with the holidays, I wasn't expecting a response for a couple days...but Hector replied right away and came out to take a look that same day! He quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue (clogged aerator).
Earlier this week, as I was getting a water softening system installed for my home, the technician noted that my outdoor cleanout drain appears to be clogged. Again, I called MTZ and Hector showed up in 1.5 hours! He took care of the issue in 10 minutes and I couldn't be more grateful that I didn't have to tell the water softening guy to come back and finish another day.
Super responsive and reasonably priced. I'll definitely call him with any future plumbing issues I run into. Highly recommended!

I need to move my water heater to a new location, I used their free consultation service, but I didn't use their plumbing service because they don't do the electrical work. However I'm still impressed with the high professionalism they showed during the consultation, they're familiar with the code and city inspection requirements, they pointed out problems other plumbing companies didn't even mention ( like the drain pain needs to connect to an outside drain). I would definitely trust them to do the plumbing job.

I only have good things to say about MTZ Plumbing, they're true professional. Hector provided us with a detailed estimate, which had a reasonable cost, compared to other quotes we got. Alex and Anthony, who did the actual work were great: they were knowledgeable, friendly and polite, they communicated their time of arrival in advance, their estimated time of completion for the job turned out to be exact, they explained the repair process and documented the repair with pictures. 5 stars without hesitation!

Yesterday, I called MTZ for a sink plumbing problem. Alex texted me first and arrived promptly. He was very expert and pleasant. He identified the problem, obtained the necessary parts, and fixed the sink quickly and professionally. Great job from a very nice guy. Hopefully, we won't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do we'll call MTZ Plumbing.

Can’t be more pleased with the service that MTZ plumbing provided. Hector M. came out the second day that I called them. He quickly fixed the garbage disposal without charge! And further provided multiple options for me on the faucet issue. I greatly appreciate his professional help and will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue!

I would give MTZ Plumbing 6 stars if I could. They live up fully to their ratings. I found them online and what a find. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough and honest. It is wonderful when you find someone like Hector and MTZ with the utmost integrity. He is fantastic and went above and beyond to get to the root cause of our hot water issue, and dealt with the parts mfr to get us a free replacement. It is comforting to know we have someone so reliable we can call for any future plumbing needs.
