Update: Clean Kingdom's response alone is enough reason not to use them. The person who responded has issues if she thinks I set them up to use my yellow rags (not pink mind you). It should be a huge red flag that a company would not accept responsibility for something like this, especially if it is such an "easy fix". BTW, I've tried everything and it's still there. Not one time did she EVER offer to come and fix the stain, and I have proof of that via text. Use them at your own risk.

Clean Kingdom recently cleaned my house. The owners lack of professionalism and accountability was a complete surprise. There were a few minor issues with the crew leaving out my vacuum and cleaning supplies but that's forgivable. My issue is the property damage that occurred. One of the cleaners must've had a pink string on her phone or something and set it down on my wet marble vanity, leaving a pink stain. I also have a pink stain in my shower now as well. When I notified the owner she immediately said it was mold and a slew of other excuses. Not once did she offer to come and take a look nor accept the possibility it was her crew that damaged my property. I'm 100% sure it was them because prior to them coming I picked up my house, refilled soap bottles, and TP stations. The pink stain on my vanity is right under my soap dispenser and I would've seen it when refilling the soap. Not to mention, my house is full of males and we don't own many pink objects, let alone ones that would leave a stain like this. The real kicker is, she accused me of setting her up since I asked that they use my towels, brushes, vacuum, and floor cleaner. They were welcome to use their own cleaning products though. Because she refused to accept responsibility when it was blatantly her cleaner that did this and then accused me of setting her up, I felt the need to let others know to beware. To accuse me of setting her up for using my cleaning rags and vacuum is very strange. Now I'm stuck taking her to small claims court for the damage her cleaner caused.

I've been using Clean Kingdom for about a year and have been very happy. The owners are very sweet, responsive and easy to work with. The cleaners have also all been great. I particularly like that they will customize what you need. Rather than having specific packages to choose from they will allow you to add on what you are requesting and just charge you hourly. We have used them for our regular cleanings but also for after-party cleanup. I highly recommend them

We had our sprinklers valves replaced. Excellent service knowledgeable friendly came with a warranty. We called on a Sunday afternoon he was out there the very next morning. Reasonably priced would highly recommend him.

A total ripoff operation! Our backyard was flooded. I was impressed Mike responded quickly and quoted $195 for an estimate. He and his partner checked a couple of things and turned off the suspect valves at the timer. I had written a check for $195, and Mike tells me it will be $100 more. He then tells me a new timer will be $500 without the money I paid going toward the cost. Call anybody else. Don't even consider this company. The yard dried, but I found a different sprinkler company way more reasonable upfront that will get the job. I panicked with our flooded yard and assumed years in business mattered. It was a costly lesson in misplaced trust.
Nobody contacted me after this review to try and make things right. I hired a sprinkler repair company that honored their original quote. The repairman explained everything to me. He repaired a drip line, noted and replaced a leaking valve that Mike missed, and installed a new timer for the cost Mike quoted for the timer alone. Avoid this rip-off artist!
