First time with Elite Cleaning Services. Spoke with Grace, very responsive to my need and concern. She offered great customer service!
I received the standard cleaning. The professional team took their time and did an awesome job! The cleaning was very detailed in every area, more than I expected.
My only uncertainty was the pressure of the vacuum.

I requested Elite's cleaning service on very short notice. Their scheduler was very helpful in finding me a cleaning appointment for the very next day. The cleaning staff arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the dusty house left by my tenant. I would certainly use their service again and recommend to others too!

Elite Cleaning Services did an amazing job cleaning our large home. They had a team of dedicated cleaning professionals at our home the entire day and all members worked with extreme diligence and care to ensure our home was 100% clean through and through. We have had many cleaning services in the past but have been terribly disappointed with ALL of them up until our experience with Elite Cleaning Services! They really work hard and pay great attention to detail. We will absolutely be using their services in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

Tofie was nice and professional. She arrived right at 10:00am and asked the right questions. I’m very pleased with this agency. They really know how to treat their clients.

We hired elite cleaning for a rental house, the house seemed to be pretty clean until I got a closer look at everything, there are many switch covers and outlet covers that were never cleaned. Very dirty, the laminate floors in the house look clean at first until I took a wet rag across them and in just a small area at 3x4 ft. It was really Brown from a film of dirt that wasn't rinsed off, apparently they never did a clear rinsing of the floor, there was a light fixture that was never cleaned in one of the bathrooms, the vent covers for the air conditioning which I left open to be cleaned were never clean. Clean they just shut them and they were filthy, they charged a lot for this. Would not recommend them

They can't through for me last minute and Joseline did a PHENOMENAL job. I will be reaching out to them again.

After looking for local cleaners, I came across Elite Cleaning and I'm so happy I did. Tofi did an amazing job and was very thorough. I only called for a one time cleaning but if we need more cleanings, I will definitely be coming back to them.

Elite cleaning service is the Best cleaning in the I.E . Charlene who cleans my home cleans it so well you would continually request her services over and over and over again she leaves your home spotless not once not twice but each and every time I recommend their services trust they will leave you satisfied each and every time

I’ve used Elite Cleaning Service twice now. We were putting our house up for sale and needed some extra cleaning and they did a superb job. Also their staff was so friendly and very professional. We were so happy with that service that we hired them to do a thorough cleaning when we sold the house and moved out. Again they did a wonderful job! Jocelyn cleaned my stove top so well it looked better than when I bought it new! Again the staff was so professional and friendly and I will definitely be using their services again. 😊

This is far the worse cleaning company ever ,they do not do quality work at all very low quality work and they smell like cigarettes when they enter your home also had some item's missing ,once addressed the issue they will block your number ,very unprofessional company and not sure how there in buisness to be honest.I definitely won refer this company to anyone

Charlene and Lindsey were very nice and professional. they came in and right away got started. there were a few things they missed and I hesitated saying anything so I wouldn't sound picky but Lindsey insisted and made it very comfortable to let her know what saw and she took care of everything i pointed out. she didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. thank you and look forward to having them back.

I highly recommend ELITE CLEANING SERVICES, this is the first time Ive used their service and I will be using them on a monthly basis. I was really impressed on the lady they sent to is, named Charlene. Let me break it down why I recommend this company:
Professionalism: Charlene was very professional, asked me if I would like her to use a show cover upon entering my home. We had a quick conversation which I immediately liked her
Quality of Cleaning: after Charlene was done, my home was sparkling clean…..literally! Attention to details with this lady is unbelievable. She cleaned all the baseboards, cabinets, under the furnitures, blind and so much more.
Area of improvement: NOTHING! I’m a neat freak, Charlene definitely passed my expectations.
Overall: I so happy that I will definitely recommend this company and hope you give them a try.

This was the third time I contracted this company the first time they were marvelous the first two ladies that they sent over were amazing the second time they were still good. The third time I had complications already even booking they had people that couldn’t comprehend, couldn’t speak properly, and just didn’t even know how to quote or book properly. They always try to use an excuse that their system versus their system that which is not true I finally contacted them a third time and mention to them I believe I will be contacting them to come out every two weeks to clean two bedrooms, two bath, family room, dining room, and kitchen. However, they did a horrible job that toilet downstairs with a clean the kitchen floor was still dirty I was in shock I was so upset never again I do not recommend I don’t know if they have new ownership, new management or what’s going on but it is not the same people that I first contracted.

Roxanne and Teresa were awesome! I was so behind in peeping for a party, and called for a cleaning the same day! Very nice, hard working and totally saved the day! :)
