This was my first time using Molly Maid of Temecula Valley. I did some research for cleaning companies and this one had the best reviews. Team #38, Aure and Johanna, did an AMAZING job. They put their blood, sweat, and tears into making my home looking and smelling wonderful! Both ladies were very sweet and detailed. I will definitely be requesting them for my next cleaning in a month!

I would love to give this 5 stars but I think the hourly rate is just way too expensive. The ladies who did our cleaning, Cecilia and Fanny, did a GREAT job! Very happy with the final result.

Ana and Cristina are THE BEST! They are personable, professional, and do a very thorough cleaning of my home. They are consistent! I know what I am going to get with every cleaning. They’re so good I changed my services from monthly to bi-weekly! After having my baby, I became even more particular about how I wanted my home cleaned and they far exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using a cleaning service. I normally manage these tasks myself but due to circumstances I needed help this time.
After a bit of research, I called Molly Maids and from the first hello, it was pure professionalism.

My husband hired your company for biweekly cleaning of just our first floor—basic vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying. Unfortunately, I have to express how extremely disappointed I am with the team that came today and two weeks ago.

To be honest, I’m not even sure if they vacuumed. On June 25, they left dirt and debris clearly visible around our dog’s water bowl—an area that should be routinely cleaned. Today was no different. I’ve attached a photo showing just how much was missed again.

My husband attempted to reach out after the last cleaning, but no one responded. However, your team was very quick to follow up about updating our credit card information. That contrast says a lot.

As someone whose mother has worked as a professional housekeeper for over 30 years, I can confidently say the level of service we received was unacceptable. She was shocked at the condition the house was left in.

We are canceling this service immediately. Let’s see if someone actually contacts my husband back to address our concerns—though at this point, our confidence in your service is gone.

The ladies were on time, answered any questions I had for them and do a wonderful job…two ladies and complete clean for 2500sqft home. Can’t thank you enough.

Their attention to detail is impressive , they don’t just clean the obvious areas, they go the extra mile to make sure everything shines. They're also incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful of our home and schedule.

Molly Maids was great to work with. Adela and Teresa were excellent. I scheduled a clean out move and they were fantastic. All my drawers and cabinets were spotless, as well as all the kitchen appliances. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend them and would schedule with them again. Also, the lady that scheduled my cleaning was the kindest soul and really made my day brighter.

I could cry. This was our first time getting our house professionally cleaned and the ladies did an amazing job. They cleaned things I haven’t touched since we moved here LOL. Like the tracks of the sliding glass doors and windows. Truly went above and beyond and even found a couple of my things I’d been missing 😅. I swear we’re not slobs by any means. We clean up every night but with kids and dogs and both working full time jobs, some areas always get missed. This was such a helpful service and an amazing experience. They were quick, too! While house done in about 3 hours. They even vacuumed my couch (even the back of it). They got the discoloration out of my stainless steel sink. They cleaned my windows. Dusted EVERY SUFACE. Ceiling fans - Even the tops of cabinet doors. Nothing was missed. I could write a book. I will absolutely be doing this again. and you should do it. And you should do this as a gift for any mom you know. Normalize house cleanings for Christmas 😂. I’m thrilled.

I recently had surgery and that really put me behind on housework! With Three dogs and some parrotlet’s,The house gets messy, quick! I tried Angi and that was an absolute nightmare. After being dissed and ghosted numerous times by Angi pros I finally reached out to MOLLY MAID. The team that came to my house was team number 36 Irma and Audrey. They did a thorough job cleaning, with attention to detail and really took pride in their work. I would definitely have them back again. Also I should really give a shout out to DIANA in the office. She took great care of me on super short notice.

I had the pleasure of having Fanny and Teresa from Molly Maids clean my home, and they did an exceptional job! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every room in my house was spotless, and I was especially impressed with their attention to detail—from the way they neatly arranged items to the way they made everything shine.

They didn’t miss a single corner! The floors were gleaming, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the kitchen looked brand new. Even the smallest details, like perfectly folded towels and carefully laid out throw pillows, made a big difference and showed how much pride they take in their work.
