Joselande and her team are absolute professionals and experts in their field. They take their time and are very detailed with every cleaning project. In addition, Joselande is extremely knowledgeable about the short-term rental business and provides great experience and tips for success. She communicates extremely well and provides a ton of insight. Hiring her and her team for your cleaning needs is an absolute must! You won’t be disappointed, she brings so much value with every encounter.

Scheduled a move-in cleaning with Elite after I had booked with another company but they flaked out on me. It was short notice but they were able to accommodate and were there as promised. The house is all nice & clean now ready to move my stuff in!

Did a very good job with bathrooms, floors, dusting and shutters. Kitchen was not as detailed as I would have liked. Mainly, one counter was missed completely, but they did an awesome job on the cooktop. I would still use this service again. The crew was very nice and very professional. They did a walk through with me afterwards. I did not catch the counter until after they left, but I am sure they would have corrected it had I pointed it out.

My needing a house cleaned with 2 hours notice I was surprised but they were able to do it.
The 3 people that showed up were friendly and went straight to work. They did a good job. I wish they would have done the kitchen and bathroom floors a little better. I had them on a very tight timeline so I cant fault them too much. All and all I was happy with the service.

Joselande and her team are the utmost BEST when it comes to going above and beyond. You ask and shall do that and MORE! She showed me things and tips to make my life easier and more efficient. That alone gives her more stars but her professionalism and way she helps her clients is bar none. If you’re not using her services, you are missing out!

They spent a great deal of time at my home without accomplishing much. Most time was spent on blinds and windowsills, while most everything else was neglected. We had to re clean many things, and a lot was skipped over all together. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone either.

Our cleaner was almost an hour late (8-10am arrival window, cleaner was not near my home at 1045am), forcing me to cancel.

Elite did nothing to correct the issue (apologize for lateness, ask if late arrival was ok, ask if discount could be applied for missed time, etc.). Frustrated with the poor communication (never got a call that cleaner was running late - I had to call at 1020am), I would have to provide verbal directions to my home while cleaner was miles away, that I would not be able to come home at the expected time, and that cleaner did not leave early enough to account for traffic/navigation problems, I cancelled.

I appreciate the apology by the cleaner and the full refund.

I do not appreciate the no phone call informing that the cleaner was late, no apology by Josselyn, and no attempt to make things right by Josselyn.

Because of this, I had to leave the funeral early, and spend 4 hours myself cleaning my home before hosting family and friends.

2 stars because I do appreciate the immediate full refund without having to fight for it.

I found Elite through an ad on IG and because they were local thought I would try them. I was pleasantly surprised by the detail they took in the bathrooms and the kitchen. And Charlene and Teresa were so pleasant. It was nice to be in a clean home.

Horrible service! I ordered a la carte services for my new house I was moving into. The 2 member crew was first of all late and did a sloppy job at cleaning. Some of the bathrooms weren't even touched with dust still on the counter tops which they claimed as cleaned. When questioned, they say that they can't get everything back to "like new" and/or this needs "heavy duty" cleaning service which wasn't communicated from the Start. Now my house looks almost the same before cleaning and after cleaning and I am down $400. Seems like they are pros at doing a bad job and covering it with excuses. DO NOT RECOMMEND this cleaning service to ANYONE.
