We hired the Cleaning Squad to do a deep clean on an empty house. Susie was very professional and so was her crew. They brought all cleaning supplies and worked very hard, not leaving any dirty areas, and there were many. Kitchen & bathroom cabinet cleaning, dirty blinds, sliding glass door and window tracks. It was all done to our satisfaction. We appreciated their professional approach and also easy to let them know what we needed. I highly recommend The Cleaning Squad!

We contracted with the Cleaning Squad to clean our HOA Clubhouse. The price was fair, the work was excellent with nice touches like the rearranging some decor pieces so make our space look more appealing. They also shampooed the carpets, they look brand new. I highly recommend.

Used the Molly Maid Service out in Temecula, CA. They sent out a team of two to clean our townhome. They did an outstanding job with the cleaning. Bathrooms turned out amazing and scrubbed the showers thoroughly. Kitchen came out great as well, to include inside the cabinets along with the appliances. Great job.

Molly Maid of Temecula – Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service my daughter and I received from Molly Maid of Temecula. She had a confirmed appointment scheduled between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. No one showed up, and there was no communication from the regional office.

At 11:26 AM, we even called the Temecula office and spoke with Jaime, who could not provide any information on when the cleaners would arrive. Hours later—at 3:00 PM—we finally received a call saying someone was “ready to work.” By that time, the appointment window had long passed, and we were already out of the area.

What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no effort to reschedule, and no recognition of the inconvenience caused. Instead, my daughter was told by the cleaners to call the office herself and set a new appointment—placing the burden on us after their failure to keep the original commitment.

This was more than an inconvenience; it was unprofessional and discourteous. Molly Maid should have taken responsibility, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a resolution. Instead, our time was wasted and our trust was lost.

Molly Maid needs to remember: customers’ time is valuable. Today, ours was disregarded.

Team 36 Irma and Avre were fantastic. We were in the middle of a move so the house was chaotic and they did a great job with limited space. They got out tough stains we’ve had for years! Great price for the amount of work they did and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a deep clean! 10/10!
