We had our home cleaned before we staged it to sell. The cleaned the tops of the fans, floors, carpet, rugs, counters, bathrooms, showers and fixtures. We even asked them to clean the inside of the fridge and oven for a small fee. Stephanie followed up with us after our appointment and was able to send back the maids to re-clean some areas we thought needed a little extra sparkle. Thanks to their 24 hour return window.

I recently hired Molly Maid because I had surgery and I thought it would be nice to have some help around the house since I’ll have physical limitations for a few months. I figured I’d have the service for a couple of months and then stop BUT after their first clean I immediately changed my mind and decided to keep them on. Walking into a beautifully cleaned home eases the tension in my brain and calms that little voice inside that’s says “you can’t relax because your house isn’t clean”. Plus, the team who cleans my house- Marta, Sylvia, and Marina are incredibly sweet and great at what they do. They even ask me to look over everything before they leave to make sure I’m happy with it. 10/10 would fully recommend Molly Maid.

I am disappointed that they weren't upfront with me from the beginning. When I talked to someone on the phone and advised them I had a three bedroom two bath house that I wanted a deep clean on I was advised of an estimate between $263 and $338 for that to be done. So we had them come out and when they got here and got started cleaning we were told that it was only going to be 2 hours and 15 minutes of time that they had to work and that it would be $150 an hour after that. They spent over an hour of that time in the master bedroom and master bath and then had one hour to finish the rest of the house. We did not get our windows cleaned or the blinds dusted or ceiling fans dusted, they didn't touch my room at all, didn't even get vacuumed. So yes, I am disappointed. I will not recommend you to family or friends. The work that the two women that were here did do, for example, the master bedroom, looks great. It's very clean. The kitchen looks good, there were places missed, but for the most part it looks good. The floors were mopped but not scrubbed, so the tile and the grout still looks dingy. No dusting of furniture took place in any room except the master bedroom. Not impressed with this service.

Our team (#38 Aure & Johanna) were Fantastic! Very friendly and professional... so much so that we asked to have them as our permanent team. This was our first time using Molly Maid and are very happy to have now as a regular service! Thank you ladies!

Team # 35 Adela and Ana did a great job! My home was clean when they were both done. They were courteous and respectful , looking forward to see them next few weeks. Also they were diligent in their work.

The Cleaning team were on time and did a great job deep cleaning the house. They were super thorough and cleaned very nook and cranny. Very satisfied with Team #34 (Mariza and Alicia). The final cost was more than we anticipated but was satisfied with the cleaning.

I will start out by saying that I have never used a maid service before. That being said, my expectations were somewhat high but still reasonable. My kitchen is 202.5 sq feet. 2 people came to clean just my kitchen for 2 hours. My total invoice was $305.

Over the phone when booking the appointment, I specifically stated I wanted the crown molding/baseboards cleaned as it's hard for me to get on the floor or up on a ladder. I emphasized that I wanted a deep cleaning of only my kitchen. I wanted the baseboards and crown molding given extra attention. I would say that they didn't even touch any of the crown molding or baseboards. They also didn't clean the toekicks of the larger appliances, and the backsplash felt unclean as well.

On the phone I was told that they would clean the doors and light switches. I uploaded a few photos showing that it wasn't done very thoroughly.

Is my kitchen cleaner than it was? Yes. Was it worth $305? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it to anyone? Nope. $305 lesson learned on my end.

Caveat: the lady on the phone when booking the appointment was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The people that came to my house were also very nice. They cleaned my kitchen, it just wasn't what I expected or what I asked for. I wish they would have said something to my spouse before they left so they could check it over, but they just left.

Verdict: if you're looking for a deep clean, this is not the place. If you're looking for a quick touch up and have money to burn, go for it. I was so excited to come home to a spotless kitchen, and I am disappointed.

Carmen and Rosie did a great job cleaning and were very nice and professional! Molly Maid has been cleaning my home for almost a year and very happy with them.

Aracely & Flor did an amazing job cleaning my two bedroom apartment! They even folded my freshly cleaned laundry and washed my dishes which I didn’t ask of them but I greatly appreciated! 10/10 highly recommend!

We had Team 41 (Martha V and Fanny) do a deep clean today. Impressed is an understatement. The clean was thorough and more than I could have asked for. What really set this apart was the amazing communication and friendliness at all parts of the service. From initial quote walk and appointment scheduling to service day everything was very clear. They made it so easy. Thank you!

Team 3, Shawna and Hazel were exceptional. They were punctual for the 8:30 am slot, arriving at 8:20. They were both personable, and both greeted and introduced themselves. Afterwards, they took a quick overview, and immediately started cleaning. While Hazel started in the back of the two bedroom, two baths, Shawna started in the kitchen. My reasoning for exceptional service as stated above is, they noticed a major leak under the kitchen sink, loose cabinets and damage to the stove top. I just moved to this house, 03/02/2026, and I hadn’t caught those issues when I did the walk thru. I am so appreciative for them not overlooking those issues and conveying them to me immediately.
In addition, we conversed throughout their cleaning, and they both were a joy. I will be using this service again, only if they will come back :)

Wow is all I have to say. I’m a mom with a very messy toddler and our place was a wreck! I feel like we hadn’t had a proper cleaning in years because I’ve been so tired and overwhelmed with motherhood. After much contemplation, we decided to go with Molly Maids because our neighbor recently used them and she said she would definitely recommend them. I was a little hesitant because I thought they would be super pricey and that the maids wouldn’t be as good as an independent maid, but boy was I wrong! Their work was impeccable and their attention to detail was right on par with mine. It’s very important to have a clean house for Christmas in my Jamaican culture so I couldn’t be happier that my house is clean and just in time for the holidays. Thank you Molly maids and Ana-Christina for bringing me such joy this year. I can’t wait to hire you again in 2026!

We used them a move out/ move-in clean. Great communication with Joseline and the team was very friendly! Team did a good job… there was one place that was missed but they came back asap to finish it. Definitely recommend!
